Is this or is there anything i might consider using to help with long covid. I'm 2.5 years into this nonsense and getting more than frustrated ( i used to run , surf and train a good bit. ). I'm still walking most days but have severe fatigue usually once a day for a few hours. I do various breathwork excersizes when i can but feel i should be doing something that might train my lungs tgat bit better. Without aggravating my long covid. Any advice or info wouod be much appreciated
