Loran could be a decent addition if you're interested in getting rid of enchantments/artifacts. Having to replay her with pixie does suck but if it'd hitting something big, it's worth it. And getting to reset her using Angel is potentially just huge.
So Pixie doesn't have to pick anything up so we could just refuse to do it. However, there could be a lot of times it is useful to do like you mentioned. That is a really good addition along with maybe allowing us to draw cards later and what not. Hmmmmm
Yo been test this archetype 4 a while...can tell you that braids on paper seems gas, but it dies to everything and also been legendary. I skipped it for more blink effects and i play 4 creatures that exile a card while entering...consider that u also can play wanderer for blink and fat value Blink/ mass removal! We need some light mass removal otherwise its going to be hard vs aggro❤
Sounds good, I think if you don’t play braids you do want to play more flicker effects. Either way it’s about getting value off of your enchantments/artifacts that make your opp discard or sac a creature. If you go the flicker route I think it would work just as well or maybe even better tbh than braids. But overall I think you might be on the right path. Mono red also gets hit quite hard when rotation comes so it might be looking better for us regardless here. Either way love the ideas💜
Nice to hear you like the ideas man! Btw, i m totally convinced that golgari Will be a thing After all, and jeskai control with oujitai+ cavern Will be strong. Atm im winning a lot of events with It! Love Ur golgari list as this orzhov as well! Meta gonna shift a bit maybe, especially if they stop printing bombs for rdw😂 meanwhile....boros convoke Will stay for 2 years 😮😢
@robertosansone8992 yeah midrange is getting set up to be really strong in the future. Deck clarity will become a thing as well with graveyard tress leaving the format making what we play in the 3 slot clearer. Either way I’m excited for the spoilers and deck building with hopefully a strong mix up.
That is def a problem. However I would say esper midrange takes quite a hit when rotation happens losing wedding announcement emperor and raffine so post rotation we will get a fresh look at the meta of course. But for the next month or so that will be a harder thing to overcome for awhile
@@Shademore yeah esper will be gone without raffine post rotation. it was one of the decks I lost to at a tournament but to be fair they had the perfect draw at every point
@DiscardatRandom that sounds like esper to a tea haha. If they resolve a raffine you might be 0-2 dropping and calling it a day lol. I am kinda excited for it to go because the pro tour has been kinda boring because 3 decks have been the main archetype
Yeah, someone else also mentioned something similar as well I believe. I was just ready for the oops and my opp be playing boros convoke and winning on turn three. But I believe what you said is probably what happened
Love this archetype. Ive been playing a similar list with 2 Steel Seraph. Good for some life gain against aggro and a solid blink target with guardian.
Steel seraph would be pretty gas too. That card I always sleep on for some reason but it always finds value. Also just happens to dodge both cut down and go for the throat so that’s pretty cool.
@@Shademore If you were going to make space for steel, what would you exchange? I have been playing it too but I quite like the list in the video. does it fit in anywhere here? maybe the braids?
@@calmingrain4549 Legions of ashes would be the first thing I would look at. I like the idea but I never seen the card in my matches so it's kinda hard for me to tell if it's valuable or not. Braids I think provides a ton of value and I wouldn't really look to replace it but I could also be wrong on this too lol.

The main issue I’ve had with this deck is that there’s not enough instant speed removal for creature lands and flash shenanigans from esper
