Is it accurate to say that you can only have a single Gamemnon in a total fleet? No other ships with it?

I used the electra control array over the blowback assembly on the damage ships. Is the blowback better assembly better?

Pathfinder damage build: Elektra fire control array is better than the blowback assembly.
Agamemnon build: Menelaos Hotshot Loader is better than Haywire Speed Loader and Drestes Barrel Covers is better than Hexfire Gatling barrels

yes - good points. A lot of new stuff has come out and I have evidently earned it but forgotten to equip it
