1:51 armin can be seen in the top left on the roof ..this means that armin was present during eren's first transformation has the attack titan ....he did not notice because his brain was in shock and did not compute what occurred after eren was eaten ,this also explains why armin was not eaten by any titans wal he sat on the roof in shock for who knows how long ... eren killed all the titans in that area out of rage not knowing he was also saving armin,s life has well .

"the manifestation of humanity's rage" is the line that always gets me, it is one of those unifying words that makes you feel connected to all humans everywhere, and probably brings you to tears cause you know we are not connected like that, instead we lack understanding, there's conflict, forced assimilation, no respect for each other's boundaries, so much division, lies and deceit bringing us to war, as if some unseen hand was manipulating us into it.
Finally a comment that pointed this out, that's pretty much how I felt like aswell, people these days are pretty much trying to divide as much as possible to the point that they make up random stuff for it for no logical reason whatsoever.
It also makes 100% sense in the final season. In it being the only thing that can defeat the manifestation of human rage, are humans who no longer feel it.

From season 1 up to the final season, he carries too much pain and suffering. From a boy who wishes to have a peaceful life, turns to be the antagonist of the story to make that wish come true for the sake of his loved ones. Oh damn I can't praise enough the author of this anime.
