Please do not be fooled about those 10000 lumens. 10000 lumens requires 100W of power. 3.7V 10000mah (37Wh) battery would only last for ~20 minutes! Real value for this light is ~800 lumens.
technically a decent modern led can provide 150lm/W efficiency, especially with low CRI and 4000-6000K color yes still very far away from 10,000 lumens but probably closer to 1500-2000 lumen, especially as light output (and thus power) drops as the battery drains
Both are probably plenty bright. I don’t have the 8 led version so I can’t really compare. I’ll post a video this week of the bike light next to my car headlights.
Sorry, I misunderstood you on my last comment. I took a closer look at my model. I have the LIG015. I don't have the LIG010. From looking at various websites, the LIG015 has 17 led lights. The LIG010 has 8 led lights. The LIG015 has 9 lights at the top row and 8 at the bottom row. The top row has a clear lens in front where the bottom lens is diffused (for the low power). It you look at the LIG010, the 8 led lights are in a row with the center 4 lights have a clear lens and the outer 4 have a diffused lens (for the low power). For both of these, the clear lens is probably the medium power and all the lights are for high power. I'm not sure which would make one better over the other. Their specs seems to be the same.
I need to attach this to my bike rack hat has smaller metal rods. The box comes with inserts it seems to use the clamps with smaller-diameter rods. But can't figure it out.
Were you able to figure this out? The light should have come with a set of small inserts that are used with the clamps. When you put those inserts into the clamp and around the center of the handle bar, it should clamp down without any movement. One clamp on each side of the center. I can take a picture if you can’t figure it out.
It’s supposed to be ipx5 so biking in light rain should be ok. I haven’t tested that or opened it up to look at the seals. So I can’t really comment if it actually holds up in rain.
Very very good detailed review for a flashlight. That's how you review a flashlight!
Thanks for watching the video!

Thanks for the numbers again! For those of you reading this, please see more detailed comments from the other video!

Thank you for very interesting technical review 👍
No problem 👍
Thanks brother!!! ❤ love you deep deep 😘
Let me know in the comments below if you need clarification on anything.
I would like to know if it possible to replace the battery cells. How difficult is it to disassemble the headlight?
I haven’t tried to disassemble it. And I’m not sure what battery pack is in there. The only fasteners I see are 3 Phillips head screws on each side.

Nice review, just what I was after ....is it waterproof do you know?
The description on different websites say IPX5. So you can use it in rain and snow. I have not tested it myself.

@@CalisthenX-in5 Yes, thanks, me figured out once I noticed all the extra items nestled into the foam-packaging.
Заказал сейчас такой, посмотрим, какой он из себя на деле.
Thanks. I just bought the 6000 lumen so I want to see how it compares.

Does it work plugged in for charging ? Would be nice to hook it up to a power bank while riding.
@@stefanflorin288 that would be a nice feature. But I just tried it and it does not light up while charging.
Can I set time om it? Like a clock
No, you can’t set a time on it.
@ ok, thanks for answering
how water proof is it? One of the Ali express reviews i seen said it died imediatly.

@CalisthenX-in5 ok thanks, might not be suitable for the good old UK weather then 😂
Hey I just got mine, do you know if there is a way to display % instead of remaining run time when the light is being used?
I couldn’t find a way to display percent remaining. Remaining time is the only way that I could get it to work.
Мощнай фонарь, будет слепить пешеходов и водителей. Для города не годится, только для природы.
Yes. I agree that it is probably best on nature trails. The light could be blinding to folks coming the other way.
