🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I got 100 pounds overweight, in a bout of depressions. I was sitting around eating, fat as a fuck, feeling sorry for myself. I never acted offended. I busted out all kinds of fat jokes about myself. The doctor said I should walk…I asked if he was gonna stack a snickers bar on a string in front of me for motivation. I was fat. I was a fat fuck. What’s so bad about being honest about it? Sheesh. It wasn’t my fault. Obesity runs in my family. Haha! Just kidding! No one runs in my family….🤣🤣 P.S. I’m not nearly as fat now, I’m average. But I’m still fat. Being honest about it was the only way to get outta that! So to any of you fat ducks who happen to be reading this…stop eating you fat bastard! Stop eating and get your fat out there and grind.
I am 49 just survived stage four lung cancer the year ago and I’m in the gym five days a week trying to get back to strength I had when I was 42. It is very hard.

He repeated do you feel good saying that. Well yeah. He was like it was fifty where I was at. And now it is 12 degrees. Then I go out the other door and another big guy. Wearing a shirt and shorts. This time with the fat belly sticking out. My second brother will have that big belly hanging out. You can't go online to big and tall and find a bigger shirt. In old age got a belly so going back to shitting sugar and pissing sugar. God bless merica
