Hello sir, mai apne childhood me bohot darpok(डरपोक) tha or dusare bhacho se bhi jyada darpok tha , dusare bache mujhe bohot ' bully ' (चिढ़ाना, परेशान करना, मारना, धमकी देना, dominate ) karte the , class me meri insult bohot hoti thi , isliye meri koi izzat bhi nhi thi, mai abhi 12th standard mai hu or 18 saal ka hu, meri aaj tak koi girlfriend nhi ban pai, maine aapki kai videos dekhi hai phir mujhe ye feel huva ki psychology ki help se khudko improve kar paunga but, mai khudko transform kar nahi pa raha, apke videos ke hisab se meri problem ye hai:
- social anxious
- anxiety
- self-hate
- shame feel karna
- sensitivity
- nice guy
- Beta male
- darrpok
- Low confidence
- low self-esteem
- or childhood 'complex trauma',
