7:45 the thing is somewhat true about nofap,yes its good for certain things like not getting addicted and self control,but following it just to suppress the urges isn't good,I was a hard-core nofap believer with a record of straight 10 months without touching myself,but that didn't help when it came down to the real deal (sex) It was not what I had imagined,kind of disappointed with myself.There should be a fine line between going with the trend and doing what's best for you.
