I am so stoked to see this video with Vinny! Dan, this is one of (three) top favorite interviews you’ve done, bravo 👏 👏👏. I’ve listened to audio 3X already & found real Gems I can apply to my 80/yr. Journey in Life. Love the ten percent app & what it is offering.

Wow! Dan, this interview blew me away. After 30+ years of practice, I feel like I just had a wake-up call. Reminded me that I’m not the “advanced” practitioner. I’m just an experienced beginner. Vinny opened up a few doors today. Thank you.

Like so many on here, this interview has been food for my soul today. My Mom passed in 2008, and she always said to me, "Ter, if you do the work all your needs will be met. You where you are because you are the sum total of your experiences and decisions. Learn to question, to accept and let go when possible of suffering. Be aware of your thoughts. Those thoughts will teach you either a positive or a negative, if you are paying attention. Choose wisely." I have been allowing myself to suffer through moments that don't belong to me, but I take it on to try and gain perspective and understanding. This has not alleviated the suffering, quite the opposite, I feel resentment and frustration. Last night my Mom came to me in my dreams and she tended to me lovingly. I woke up this morning with her wisdom rekindled in my mind and heart. I am in this moment, back to being consciously aware and allowing myself to be ok. I thank you and Vinnie for your time and amazing insights. 💖

I have watched and listened at least five times. Obtained the transcript and have read it twice. Culturally my teaching has mostly been the gospel, but for 40 years have dabbled with Buddhist meditations and teachers,
Vonnie’s process is the onl y one that I have understood. In the spirit of things his teachings parallel those of the Jesuit priest Fr . Greg Boyle.
Thank you, Dan. Have just come across your work and have read your first book and am trying out your app.
Well done, good hopes and hand get that Vinnie back soon!

Dan interviewed Father Greg Boyle too. It’s another great episode. Vinny is amazing … maybe my absolute favorite as a long time listener of the podcast. There are new ones with Vinny now. He sounds so kind & gentle & humble. If you like Vinny’s approach maybe check out Dan’s interview with Pascal Auclair too. Another great teacher

Thank you for bringing Vinny Ferraro into our lives. This podcast was the key to understanding where I've been stuck. This was your most enlightening episode yet. I have listened to it three times. The third time, I listened to it with my teenaged son who just happened to to be in the room next to mine and he said: Ma! who is this guy? He is making this meditation stuff so easy to understand! He gets it! Thank you for a generational explanation to the path forward.

I let go of family but with love - I had to work thru some relationships on the inner plane and get a perspective and get my ego out of the way... so I ended up with compassion, understanding and love... but can't impose what we have realized unless there is fertile ground on their end.
