      Awww thanks. We did A LOT in Wyoming and are further behind in videos than normal so we'll be releasing a lot until we catch back up!

    My wife and I did 3 whirlwind days in Wyoming last year for the solar eclipse. We really loved it up there, so cool to see this series of videos exploring more. We definitely want to go back.

    Beautiful spot! We love our telescoping ladder. We use ours regularly when we're out to put on and take off our front window cover/ pad.

      It looks good. Sturdy, lightweight. Will know how it works with the Airstream once we take delivery in ~7 weeks!

    Just discovered your channel - subscribed !! First, love you guys; Courtney is adorable. Second, thanks for letting us know about cell signal - most travelers leave that off their vlogs. Knowing that is important for some of us who work on the road. Will take some time to get caught-up on your vids, but so glad I found your channel. My kind of people.

    I am from Casper. We really like Oakie Beach out at Alcova reservoir. It is on the opposite side of Black Beach. There is cell service there as well.

    Love Alcova Lake!!! Great memories, super fun in the summer. On the 4th of July, this place is packed, so if you don't like crowds, wouldn't recommend coming here on the 4th or the weekend in general. Just about everyone and their mother goes to Alcova and Pathfinder on the weekend. Best time is Tuesday to Thursday. Not as many people. My favorite part to camp is at the Cottonwood camp ground. In my opinion a little more prettier than black beach. Highly recommend Cottonwood camp ground. It is pretty popular so get there as early as possible.

    The camper w the generator must’ve seen that “Fancy Pants” was in site 3 so he had to get close & charge everything up for a visit w you(s) 😆 😂 🤭 ! Btw, I’m so happy you are so thrilled with WY. As I commented earlier I was certain it wouldn’t disappoint. Now I wish I’d bet $ this would be some of the best Airstreaming EVER!!! Enjoy these adventures Steve & Courtney. Safe travels.

    I havent told you lately how much I appreciate your videos. We’re hoping to sell our house and buy a rig set up similar to yours -once our youngest graduates in two years. My job could be remote if I had reliable cell. My biggest concern is cell coverage. Your reports of coverage and cheap/free sites gives me hope. Thanks again.

      Awesome Carrie! We are so glad! Definitely check out www.campendium.com/ for more information on cheap sites and cell signal. It gets more and more reviews every day it seems. Let us know if you have any questions!

    Tell me about that ladder. Do you lean it against the trailer? Thought that was a no-no.

    • @AStreaminLife
      @AStreaminLife  6 лет назад

      We do up at the very top. There is some rubber on the ladder so it's not metal against metal. We know some other people who put a pool noodle on the top for the same reason. We only ever place if above the door or on the rear other side where we know we can easily step onto the roof in a good spot.

    Courtney is such a great navigator and trip planner. What were the temps like at Alcova Reservoir?

    • @AStreaminLife
      @AStreaminLife  6 лет назад

      When we were there it was in the high 70s to low 80s. It's similar to temperatures in Casper I think.

    We too have a nervous traveler....14 years old and has never got the hang of being in the truck. But she loves to go places. Loves to camp. Or go to Home Depot. Better if we go to the feed store!
    Quick question about the bikes. You chose a front bike rack. Are the bikes really dirty? How often do you ride? Did you look at the "over the propane tank" models? We ride 2 -3 times a week now and do plan on biking as one of the three ways to keep in shape. Thanks for taking the time. sue

    • @AStreaminLife
      @AStreaminLife  6 лет назад

      That's funny that she loves going places but doesn't like the drive. O well.
      We like our front rack! We only keep the bikes on it when towing the Airstream so they really don't get very dirty. In fact, it rained the last time we were towing so they are even cleaner now. That being said we don't ride that often (though we should more) and don't baby our bikes at all (obviously). We wanted something super easy and quick to make having them convenient and this rack is certainly that. It takes less than 2 minutes to get them on or off!

    Is there a particular reason you went with the Sony a6300? I'm looking at the a6000, a6300, and a6500.

    my AS came with 2 solar panels that i guess keep the house batteries charged but have to use generator (x2) for AC. You don't like generators but what do u do for AC or does your solar run yours?

    • @AStreaminLife
      @AStreaminLife  6 лет назад

      Nope, solar won't run the A/C. Honestly, we've never used A/C when not plugged in. I am sure it will happen one of these days but for now as long as its 90 or below we don't need it. Meanwhile, we didn't think we could run our A/C off our generator all last year so perhaps this year on a really hot day it will be coming out :)

  • @billiegutierrez2506

    Well not everyone has solar and when in campgrounds if you don’t want noise from generators then go off too yourself. Always someone complaining about something.
