I live in Lake Havasu and we have land past kingman and you need air conditioning! Even our friends who hav lived there for years are putting ac. A gaming laptop which allows for video editing chews through the batteries in the evening. Wells arent always able to be put in. It has to be hauled in and you need a rather large storage tank. There is more than what you 2 seem to be saying.
I would agree that air conditioning is a must for a good part of the year!
My kids and I are literally moving to our property out there (in the middle of nowhere and nowhere amen) in a couple of months…the great adventure!
How's it going so far??
@@foxmulder7616 we made it 😁😎😁.
That's a picture of the 4 peaks on the ad for this video.
Where it says
"Low cost easy living"
It's not even on Mohave county.
Not alot of suagaro forests up there.....
What a bunch of scammers.
There's quite a few of them here.
4:49 You cant just camp out in your RV, its only allowed on AG zoned land on a yearly basis. And u need septic.
High end profesional 2 toilot composting systems are 3000 4500 dollars. The water is whats expensive
Thank you
We love your property we purchased about a year ago :)
So glad to hear! Did you purchase in Mohave County or somewhere else?
@@generationfamilyproperties6313 mohave county:)
I love kingman
Keep in mind, you can live in an RV but you will need a septic. Perk tests usually run about $500.00 in addition to septic permit and cost of septic.
Only on ag zoned land
@@embededfabrication4482 correct, luckily, most land in rural counties of Arizona is AG land, always check first.
@@garylong4440 I'm not seeing AR zoned land, I'm seeing things like RCU-2A
@@embededfabrication4482 RCU is usually land next to an urban area, it's residential rural. Try Mohave or down at Sierra Leon
We bought from you, excellent experience. Thank you,i would advise to check the roads to your property. The appear on maps but definitely not maintained, they are constantly changing.
I'm looking at land near Kingman, AZ. It has a Walmart and Hospital and still cam live off grid and be near by stores
Us too going back this summer.any questions if I can answer I will
I'm having to purchase an off grid property as close as possible near the Phoenix AZ area. I do want the property off grid style. How far is this area from Phoenix???? I'm looking for an hour or a little over an hour drive to Phoenix with the drive to Phoenix hopefully not containing any massive mountain range. Any suggestions would be more appreciated than you could ever imagine... Also it needs to allow a tiny home, etc.
i didnt find it on the website ?
Pls tell your viewer about Mohave Greens. I bought Kingman airport industral area and I've encountered lots of mohave greens on my property
Very interesting!!!
I recently purchased 2.5 acres of land in Kingman, AZ. Where would I go to find out about electricity, water, sewage, etc? Sorry for asking so much but I'm horrible at research
Congrats on your purchase! A good place to start would be with the Mohave County Zoning and Planning office.
Can you have the tiny home as your primary dwelling or only as an ADU?
You can live in a tiny home!! There is only a 178sq ft minimum on most of these properties.
Yeah there's no shortage of a sunshine as you talk about you don't have to worry about it raining but you do have to worry about water 😎 do you guys know can you dig a well is there much water in the ground?
yes u can but it costs atleast 20,000 because you have to go atleast 500ft
Mohave county does have an aquifer, so some wells do not have to go very deep, only a couple hundred feet. It all depends entirely on the location.
Another popular option is water delivery to a cistern.....that is about $50 for 1,100 gallons of water.
Feel free to reach out for anymore details!
@@generationfamilyproperties6313 do u have a name of the company that would do a water delivery?
@@generationfamilyproperties6313 amazing! You are alleviating all of my fears!
@@offgridprosperity not always, mine hit water @ 350. Try not be negative
