I live in Lake Havasu and we have land past kingman and you need air conditioning! Even our friends who hav lived there for years are putting ac. A gaming laptop which allows for video editing chews through the batteries in the evening. Wells arent always able to be put in. It has to be hauled in and you need a rather large storage tank. There is more than what you 2 seem to be saying.
Its at least 105 degrees almost 5 months of the year. The wind never stops in a lot of places. If you live remote you spend a lot of money druving to town, miles of caliche washboard. People run cheap really noisy gas generators all night. I can go through 1500 gallons a month running the swamp cooler
That's a picture of the 4 peaks on the ad for this video. Where it says "Low cost easy living" It's not even on Mohave county. Not alot of suagaro forests up there..... What a bunch of scammers.
We bought from you, excellent experience. Thank you,i would advise to check the roads to your property. The appear on maps but definitely not maintained, they are constantly changing.
I recently purchased 2.5 acres of land in Kingman, AZ. Where would I go to find out about electricity, water, sewage, etc? Sorry for asking so much but I'm horrible at research
I'm having to purchase an off grid property as close as possible near the Phoenix AZ area. I do want the property off grid style. How far is this area from Phoenix???? I'm looking for an hour or a little over an hour drive to Phoenix with the drive to Phoenix hopefully not containing any massive mountain range. Any suggestions would be more appreciated than you could ever imagine... Also it needs to allow a tiny home, etc.
Yeah there's no shortage of a sunshine as you talk about you don't have to worry about it raining but you do have to worry about water 😎 do you guys know can you dig a well is there much water in the ground?
Mohave county does have an aquifer, so some wells do not have to go very deep, only a couple hundred feet. It all depends entirely on the location. Another popular option is water delivery to a cistern.....that is about $50 for 1,100 gallons of water. Feel free to reach out for anymore details!
I am so sick of you people trying to sell off grid land you never talk about going to work and making our living or how far to drive for groceries or Emergency medical facilities. If you want to live off the land, you’re not paying in Social Security so you better hope you can continue when you’re in your 60s and start having medical problems
My kids and I are literally moving to our property out there (in the middle of nowhere and nowhere amen) in a couple of months…the great adventure!
How's it going so far??
@@foxmulder7616 we made it 😁😎😁.

Can you have the tiny home as your primary dwelling or only as an ADU?
You can live in a tiny home!! There is only a 178sq ft minimum on most of these properties.
i didnt find it on the website ?
I would think they’d rather own a home first before land that are miles and miles away from employment or medical access.
No resources there...
