@minkyteku1100 I think it’s better to see a gynecologist because the woman’s cycle is their area of specialty! But you definitely want to make sure you’re going to the right one. Here’s a link where you can put in your location and it will find either an OBGYN or someone trained in charting cycles to teach you how to chart (and to confirm ovulation!) fertilitycare.org.
Here is the international link if you’re in South Africa (based on the flag ☺️) fertilitycareinternational.org

Hi there - I am fertilitycare practitioner, and also a functional medicine nurse with a lot of experience in both womens health, as well as having been a patient with chronic illnesses I had to figure out on my own, despite being a nurse in the mainstream which only made things worse by either major neglect and malpractice. Because I got so ill from various toxicities unaddressed, and being thrown antibiotics which only added to the problem, unaddressed and un-assessed trauma, hidden stealth infections, I'll tell you this with prayer and care: going to a primary general practitioner, gynecologist or any one (IVF is not advised as it not only fails to address the actual problem which I can't emphasize enough, and they give nonspecific reasons which are not reasons -big business, and a dirty one at best, but they also make the issues worse because what this video while great, I'll add or further elaborate that when something is going wrong with your hormones (whether difficulty conceiving, difficulty with your menses like bleeding so much it causes anemia, or fatigue, mood changes, etc or trouble holding onto pregnancies, etc) , it is a sign of things going on elsewhere in the body. I love Creighton model, and I use it as well as teach it, but I'm also thankful for having functional medicine roots which takes things one step deeper so it's a whole package and I'm glad to be able to put it all together .Sometimes endometriosis is parasitic and so cleaning that up, will prevent even surgery. If you'd like more information before taking the step to talk to a doctor, please feel free to email me, my name is Jennifer and my email is jacRN777@gmail.com. I hope you made some progress in the journey since you posted this, and if not, please feel free.
