A lot of beginners and intermediates add random eyelashes that don't really make sense/or are barely visible, because they add them out of what they feel is necessity. Kinda like when people add a bit too many extra hair strands. I think separate eyelashes can look good as a stylist choice but im not entirely sure it was purposefully done with the intent of stylising it in this case.

I don't think the hair and eyelashes needed changing (it was clearly an stylistic choice by the artist), but everything else was super spot on. Especially the tip about ears! That's something that took me a long time to learn, personally.

I actually preferred the original shape of the hair although I like what you did with the blue light and how you made the hair about sections and not about individual strands.
It's good, great improvement, but I think you kinda erased their style, correcting the anatomy and her hair a bit (without changing it to that) would have been enough. Also, nothing wrong with princess lashes, they added that cause they wanted to, unless they actually asked for it to be as accurate as the show. Some may dislike the previous hair but you can see that they're not aiming for the 3d version, it may look ugly to some but that doesn't mean we should get rid of it. The hair is an improvement but it kinda swayed away from what the artist intented. But then again, I don't know the details, I'm just judging based on this short. Still, great art.

His changes made the work look more unified.
Besides the proportions and lighting, i think the rest was a good style. It was a drawing of the character but in their own style. Sure, they could have added some extra hair poof, but the style and technical shape seemed fine.
I usually love your changes, this time it felt like you took all the style out of it Most of the time you would have just changed the next size and added lighting tips. It very much looks like the character, but any stylistic choices that were made are now gone.
I honestly liked the previous version more, drawing a certain character from a series or video game doesn't have to be copy pasted, I also would draw beautiful eyelashes and make the hair strands more than groups, the eyebrows and lighting tips were great but anything else I don't think it's necessary (unless the artist asked for more accuracy)

I liked the original face muuuch more. He beautified her for no good reason (you can say it's to resemble original cartoon, but was that artist's intent? What if they wanted to make life-action realistic version of character? Idk)

9:13 SOME types of vitamins are made to be eaten like gummies if you wanted (not needed but sometimes you just enjoy the flavor), my brother eats hair and nail vitamins like gummy bears bc he finds the taste to be lovely, I ate a whole bottle of flintstone gummies because they were just too good (please make sure they’re okay to eat like that before doing so because it can overdose you and that would be bad)
