It is! Downtown Manhattan. They are pretty close but I'm not sure if that's affecting it too much. To an extent I believe so but they got serious issues here 😅 Thanks for watching!
Have you cut into any of these compressors to possibly investigate? Worth a shot. Maybe carbon build up or something, or an oiling issue? Not sure. Good stuff man
Does this property have lightening protection at all? My last property didn't and we lost a compressor nearly after every storm. My new and current property doesn't and I'm really interested to see if that helps. I wish the lightening protection system monitored strikes.
On a system like this using the inverter compressor i assume they don't use a capacitor? Sorry if thats a dumb question. I just don't see systems like these. Closest i get us mini-splits and i know those don't have them so figured I'd ask about these ones. Crazy that so many are going out.
😂😂😂at this point this job site has brand new units, seems like everyone needs to be overhauled but for all those compressors to go more or less around the same time has to be a manufacturing issue or poor installation practices 🤷🏾♂️
I think it’s a crappie install job, unfortunately many companies installing these systems need to be outta business. I service a building with 26 LG MV4’s. It’s been 8 years without any major problems besides a leaky airhandler every once in awhile.
Have you drained and measured the oil in one of these failed comps before, see if it's lost all it's oil?
Nice view! Queens? Are those units too close together whereby they’re competing for airflow?

Good stuff man
prob lost all its oil due to improper piping practices
Has to be a oil return issue with the installation. The good news is you will be a pro on these systems by the time your done.
Or they just run real hot due to the proximity with the units next to them. Surely that would restrict the airflow a fair whack
@@Thermoelectric7 Too many sensors for this to fail on high head pressure, this has to be an oil return issue.
@@electroshedI totally agree
That building must love you !

Honeyyyy i'm back :)
Great Video. Thank you for sharing
It was very practical and useful
Thank you very much! Stay tuned for new videos every week⚡️

it’s not a dumb question. three phase motors don’t use capacitors at all, they don’t require the extra jolt needed from a capacitor to start moving.

Please share the multimeter details used at the video?

Bro, that always has service calls.

Is it just me or is this the same job site for many previous videos? 🧐

At lest compressors are available
This building have plague with compressor failure those company install the the unit should be responsible.
