I know you guys didn’t do that horse stance for only a minute, i stand for at least 20 hole deep breaths, and i know i can do more, you guys are so modest, ;)

Shaolin training maybe a tough lesson to learn but it's a tradition technique that helps you meditate and focus your strength to embrace that energy in your body. Think of it like Mortal Kombat of Liu Kang and Kung Lao mastered their shaolin skills even though it's a good form!👍🏿🙏🏿
I feel you so much on the cardio part even tho i train Muay Thai almost everyday ,the people that train in Thailand are no joke :") We also hit our abs with the pads or someone will punch the other and Reverse . Btw ,in Thailand they have different oil's that are usually used before a fight to warm up cause those burn but it feels nice ,they also have very intense smell which i personally like but not everyone likes the smell of that oil.
