- Bitcoiners from around the world recently met with Madeira's President to discuss the possibility of developing a Bitcoin strategy for the autonomous region. The group met with the President, the Finance Minister, and Energy Ministry representatives to discuss the benefits that Bitcoin could bring to Madeira's economy. They also interacted with locals to better understand their perspectives on bitcoin and the opportunities it could bring. Follow the Bitcoiners on their journey to attempt to persuade the President to adopt a Bitcoin strategy and learn what the people of Madeira think.
For the first time in its history, Madeira is not bound by its geographic location and can fight in the same global arena as all other jurisdictions. It’s the government’s goal to introduce Madeira as a worldwide reference for the new digital future, and the aim is to make our archipelago a leader in technology and quality of life. With the current problem around the world today I think it's best everyone invest more in digital asset than Saving in banks, anyone you can manage don't live a life with no investment . Just my thoughts

@@zhangmin6729 Having an investment adviser is the best way to go about the market right now, especially for near retirees, l've been in touch with a coach for awhile now mostly cause I lack the depth knowledge and mental fortitude to deal with these recurring market conditions, I nettd over $220K during this dip, that made it clear there's more to the market that we avg joes don't know
@@zhangmin6729 Typically a financial adviser will just put you into standard/tried and true products that are mostly just index funds and ETFs. This has been a down year to invest. If I were you I'd be investing broadly into the S&P 500 and broader index funds, that way you're instantly diversified and you don't have to worry about it too much. Over time, your investment shall grow, just don't get too focused on the short-term.

For a few months now I have been searching tirelessly for information on how to start investing. I even payed $1000 for a course that I now regret. It appears that there is no structured guidiance for beginners on how to get started in this realm. I've come across several investors making well over $250k/annum and would be grateful if anyone on here could provide insights on how to get started, identify potential stocks, when to make an entry, exit etc.

I used to think everybody went broke during the Great Depression and other major crashes but they didn't... Some made millions, I also thought everybody went out of business during these times but they didn't, some went into business, there's always depression/recession for some people and there's always a good time for others, it's all about perspective.
Everybody can’t go down same time , ones difficult time is another’s glory time . First step is discovering loopholes to generate gains during volatility, It is very possible to retire big time from the current market condition without having to hold stocks long term.
@@andrewhoult5385 You have a good point here, to me knowledge is power, most of these strategies and loopholes are better managed by experts and pros the average investors on the other hand are exposed to market sham which can lead to portfolio blunder
Bitcoin investment (fx) can be profitable and lucrative when it is approached as a business, but achieving a level of success is extremely difficult and can take a long time. It's a good idea to fine an expert of this form of investment prior to getting started with. As you can see, the market is open and operates 24 hours a day and almost seven days a week
@@jibrinibrahim8199This is exactly the reason many investors face hard times, The issue is people always have the "I want to do it myself mentality unapologetically, that's why they get affected amidst crash/recession, most folks aren't equipped enough during these times hence ideal to seek expert assistance and at first-hand encounter been pulling off chunky gains since the 2019 rona-outbreak, coupled with the fact we've had the longest bull-run ever in U.S history before officially falling into a bear market this year June, precisely have accrued $749k in savings with about 300k in portfolio balance thus far.

One of the Challenges for bitcoin is, it has not seen a recession era (discounting covid recession since money was printed that time & interest rate was very low) before and it will be interesting to see how it behaves going forward, and we can truly understand the bitcoin value from a different new perspective based on how it behaves in recession and high interest rate era. If Bitcoin can come out of these terrible conditions, then it will outsmart every other asset class if not it will see difficult times where credibility will be eroded
What I really thought was missing here, was a local guy/gal on your team. Someone that could consider the current Madeiran political climate and especially the current Madeiran everyday life. This, together with madeira’s recent former political history. The latter I particularly consider key, because it’s engrained in the backbone of (from my guess) 60-70 % of Madeirans.
(Some) Madeirans was trying to stay independent of the new national (at least semi communist) regime after the Carnation Revolution. This latter should only be talked about indirectly, but it is still something important that still today has (indirectly) formed some of the political backbone of a lot of Madeirans.

My strategy is to keep accumulating a big bag to take profits along the way. Also I will never sell a certain percentage of my XRP converting it to FIAT which is losing value by the minute and then gotta pay capital gains tax on the profits. I would also rather sell my other cryptos then my XRP. XRP over time will be a very high stable price and will try and earn passive income from it

The only problem I see is that the people around the world that want to use Bitcoin dont know how to get a wallet we need to educate people on a universal decentralized wallet this is priority number one let the people use it and convince the government as they see their own people stop using fiat like venezuela people has used the dollar.
