Branden Webb see how the media twist a turns people smh. I’ve never met cam but I’ve been a fan of him since auburn and became a panthers fan when they drafted him. I know how great of a guy he is and how much he has grown up even tho he stills acts childish bc that’s just the guy he is he likes to play and have fun. He’s also one of if not the hardest worker in the NFL off the field. Healthy or not cam Newton is in the gym before everyone on the field before everyone in the meeting room before everyone and out of all of that last.

I'm a die hard panthers fan and im not going to sit here and say Cam is the best qb in the league, or that he's better than TB, AR, or DB, but when Cam is at his best he IS THE BEST!!!! I can be objective towrads Cam and I am very critical of him when he does not perform well or just seems like he gives up too easy. I also realize there are valid arguments about his completion % or his inaccuracy and that Cam does miss easy 5 yard passes and throws balls high to wide open wrs, but ppl fail to realize the lack of talent that he had for weapons, all the easy dropped passes by his wrs (which put a big damper in his completion %), the O-line was inconsistent, and how much he's asked to do. So Cam literally had to do everything except play defense. Ok slight exaggeration, but ppl always talk ab numbers and stats, stats are a good tool but they only paint a partial picture. We learn in business that numbers are subjective and ppl in business can make a person think what they want them to. And just bc a value is high, that doesn't NECESSARILY mean its really that great and just because its low doesnt mean its all that bad. I just wish ppl looked at Cam's situation as a whole and didnt compare him to other and bc Cam is totally different. Judge him on his success and not on how he's unconventional. Again Cam's not the best but when he's at his best CAM IS THE BEST!!!!

Cam is capable of doing this week in and week out....but the talent around him has to perform too. If I'd played on the Panthers, I'd know, as long as I do my job, 9/10 Cam will do his.

This the game that convinced me refs could be brought after not throwing Odell out of this game after spearing Norman from 40 yards out. Almost killed Norman it was 35 -7 when that shit happened late in the third. Giants scored 28 unanswered to the the game.

Just needs the speed on the field to keep defenses honest...and some support in the run game...he cant be the only run option gaining positive yards. last season the Panthers ranked in the top 10 in rushing yards. Take out Cam's yards and we fall all the way to nearly last in the league.
