Double-girder overhead cranes with tandem and automatic rotating for large loads

At the Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant, three special 10+10t electric double-girder overhead cranes were manufactured for Ukraine's largest metal structure producer ✅
These cranes, designed by the Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant, are intended for moving and rotating large-scale metal structures. Each of the three cranes is equipped with two 10-ton hoists, providing a combined lifting capacity of 40 tons in tandem mode. The tandem function allows synchronized or individual control of the hoists on two cranes. After manufacturing, the cranes were quickly installed on-site, thanks to a pre-developed project plan and the expertise of the specialists. Following successful testing, operators were trained in the safe operation of the cranes. For high precision in operations, micro-speed and smooth positioning functions were implemented, while automatic load rotation ensures safe turning of structures, preventing impact loads and extending the equipment's service life. With these cranes from KCMP, the client has gained the ability to efficiently produce large-scale metal structures and has optimized their technological logistics.
