Very cool look! Big Tron fan here. Is there a way to save a recipe as like a custom look that doesn't impact the other film simulations? Because I've noticed when I make all the tweaks with one film simulation selected (in this case Classic Neg), all those adjusted settings remain when I switch over to another film simulation. I'd really like to save the recipes as custom looks but still have the other built-in film simulations untouched if I want to switch over to them during a shoot.
Thanks! Yeah TRON was such a good movie. Both the original and the sequel. Hope you enjoy the recipe! Yeah it took me a while to figure that out but I save all my recipes in the custom menu. You need to go to the Image Quality Settings > Auto Update Custom Settings > Enable. Then every time you update when you’re within C1-7 it will automatically update.
Hey Anthony, unfortunately I don’t own an X-Trans III sensor Fuji camera. It looks like the Classic Negative film simulation and Color Chrome Blue FX is missing from that camera. I’d say a close 2nd would be Classic Chrome which I think is on your camera.
@anthonyissa2321 no it shouldn’t affect it too much. It’s fairly subtle. It turns baby blue skies into deeper blue like you see on slide film for daylight landscapes. The effect is even more subtle at night.
Love the sights of Minneapolis. Miss that place.
Thanks! Yeah it’s a great spot to shoot especially at night
These are fantastic!! It reminds of my Roger Deakins the cinematographer!
Oh wow! That's a great compliment! Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it.
Thank you, going to try it out tonight!
Awesome! Would love to see what you make. Tag me on IG!
Good job!

@@NathanTrimbach Aha! I had a feeling there was something more to the custom menus. Thanks for the tip, can't wait to start playing with this recipe!
is there any way to make this work on the x-t2 Pleaseeee?

@@NathanTrimbach thanks so much for the response, would the missing blue FX make a huge difference
