- I was very lucky to be able to experience the frankly insane Koenigsegg One:1 up close, an infamous Swedish hypercar with the impressive accolade of having one brake horsepower per kilogram of kerb weight. It also features a 1360 bhp (one megawatt) twin-turbo V8 engine earning it the prestigious title of the world's first 'megacar'. Theoretically, the car could reach speeds in excess of 270 mph, but London was unfortunately not the best place to test that.
This car needs the open road. Driving it in the city like this is like using a space shuttle for crop dusting.

Over here it‘s 2 minutes and I‘m on the Autobahn, another 5 minutes out of the city where there’s no speed limit. I guess he uses the One:1 as an investment, because neither for the roads nor onlookers will it make any difference to a plain Agera.

I feel the same way. Looks like some shots are used more then once. The car is fabulous but the vid is other quallity.
@@87plank It's because some were taken on the same streets, you can see for example the curbside shot with the Koenigsegg making two quick right turns; one time there are people unloading a car on the side of the road, next time they're gone.

That Koenigsegg interior sound...so mechanical and beautiful. Comes from the engine being bolted to the tub, I think. Is that two One:1's in the UK? Props to the owner.

Check out the Agera RSN videos, it has the same I meg engine, holds the VMax record and is for sale in SuperVeturra Sunningdale for £5.2 million . It’s also the same colour as this One:1 .
There is no other production car as of 12/23/2018 that can match the One:1 in collective performance metrics. Not even the Agera RS. (slightly higher top speed but heavier and less handling/downforce)

I cant help but feel very sorry for these hypercars, living their whole live's bouncing off the rev limiter in 1st gear, never getting the opportunity to stretch their legs, and here's me miles and miles of unadulterated empty A roads (where Chris Harris road tests) and no Koenigsegg :D

All the Koenigseeg are mind blowing and if I had to pick one it would be the regera without a doubt I know people’s are going to say the rs is the fastest car of the world but that’s one thing I’m working it in my mind because the RS has 1360 HP and the Regera ..... Mr Koenigseeg himself say 1500 HP but it’s to be conservative because it have 1100 something from the twin turbo 5.0 and around 700 from the 3 electrics one’s so in my school 1100 + 700 = 1800 HP so even if it’s 300 pounds heavier than the RS the 500 HP more should compensate for it and the 0-400 km/h took way less times in the Regera than the RS so the Regera is electronically limited to 250 mph but if unlock I’m sure it is faster than the RS 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😍
There are only two problems: You cant simply add the hp of those motors together and more hp is not equal to more accalleration, for example at the regera the electric power is accelerating the car probably at the first 100mph, but at high speed the car can only use the engine wich is way weaker then the one fromt the RS ore the One:1.

@Outland 6 production cars and 1 prototype (which is as well street-legal). One of them heavily crashed on the Nürburgring Nordschleife, but was later rebuilt.

How is the interior compared to bugatti and pagani quality wise?
Excellent. Not quite as refined as a Bugatti (The Chiron being more of a hyper GT) and a lot less fussy than a Pagani. The Chiron has what is unquestionably the finest interior, it just reeks of quality but I would say personally the Koenigsegg one 1 interior is a much nicer place to be than the Huayra which is far too busy for my taste.
@Outland Pagani has has a Vastly superior quality interior compared to bugatti and koenigsegg is right behind Pagani it isn't even close

@Jay khan There are 7 cars. 1 is a prototype (the silver one, chassic #001) and the rest are production cars. The black one crashed into an armco barrier on the Nürburgring Nordschleife a few years ago though, but was rebuilt (few months later, I think).
