    Hi karishma great podcast, let me share my opinion when you mention conversing with partner before sleep. During my pregnancy, my phd exam were about to come and do study and sleep. But the best thing my husband to make me calm for better sleep is allowing me to relax by saying you are great and you just now sleep and he give me a sweet gesture to make me feel calm and say good nnight and sleep in other room. because i prefer sleeping alone then together because for me my sleep is important and want a calm sleep. Now i can see changes in my baby that, at sharp 9 pm me and baby sleep . I switchoff the lights at sharp 8:50 or near to 9 pm and with automaticity my baby sleep with calm. I think during my pregnancy , my grabh snaskar practices were very calming with sleep so that in my baby. he is now 7 months old and still the rhythem is same. true podcast .

    I put this video in my Longevity groups in US where people are highly knowledgeable in aging research besides Biochemistry and take many meds/supplements for longevity. Many love him while others dislike him due to going way overboard... Besides, he is now into expensive supplements ( Btw, Indians hate both meds and supplements unlike Western world).. He is like an ON/OFF switch ( a bit like Trump who is extreme meaning either one likes him or hates him) but in general most like him due to his contribution in aging...
    In any case, without a doubt he is one of the undisputed king in Longevity world... In addition, he was very humanly and simple in the video with simple message to Indians/audience - Sleep, diet, move/exercise. Love him and you Karishma! Both looked good and cute...

    When he said his skin got damaged in 3 days after coming to India Karishma should'nt have told "WOW". Since he is elder than you by age he probably forgave you and did'nt make a scene🤣🤣

    • @auroraystern
      @auroraystern Месяц назад +3

      Do you know how "wow" is used in different contexts? "Wow" is also used when you get surprised when you hear something. It's not only used for something "wonderful". There are many other contexts where "wow" is used. If you follow other great interviewers like Oprah, you will get an idea.

      @@auroraystern But she smiled and said wow and also her facial expression after saying so was clear that oh I should'nt have told that.
      How does it sound when someone says I have cancer. ans:wow. Leave Oprah, she is not perfect.

      Americans don't think this way at all. We do not have a elder/junior thought pattern for the most part. Bryan definitely doesn't.

    I going to say what we are all thinking but won't tell Bryan. "Bryan, you look sick." Bryan is very smart and there's nothing we can say to make him reconsider changing his ways. He's educated and has the best resources and smartest minds in his corner. I know my random RUclips comment means nothing but I'm going to say it anyway. "Bryan, you need some sun." I don't need to hear how the sun damages your skin and causes aging and cancer. You look sick and you don't look healthy. I'm sure there are unmeasurable nourishing advantages to the real sun that artificial light does not provide. Science answers questions but science hasn't answered everything. I'd like to see Bryan get in a speedo and lay in full sun 30 minutes two times a week. I bet the feeling of sun in his skin would make him feel even better than he already does and give him necessary color in his pale white skin.
    Bryan Johnson is a fascinating living experiment. To be truthful, I'm a doubter, however, I hope he proves me and every other doubter wrong. Reading his face, it does not look like Bryan has reversed aging but instead relies on botox and plastic surgery and hair dye to give the "appearance" of youth. To be fair, he says he doesn't use hair dye but I don't believe him. We see through the BS. None of these things make people look younger but instead makes people look like a plastic version of themselves. Between Bryan's hair dye and pasty white skin he looks like Data from Star Trek. I would like to see Bryan get a tan, however slight, and stop dying his hair. Let his hair grey naturally. This is will be a true indicator of whether or not his experiment is working.
    What's most interesting about Bryan's regimen is whether or not he will slow down the aging of his body. To be fair, Bryan is not trying to look younger but _BE_ younger. Apparently too, Bryan takes many, many pills. His liver has to process everything he puts in his body and I bet this creates liver stress. Hopefully, his experiment will not lead to cancer. This is a crazy goal and, let's be honest people, it's _impossible_ but it's an undertaking we are all onboard to watch.
    My critique aside, I hope he lives his dreams and fulfills his goals. I've just got to be blunt about it. Living healthy is great. Reversing aging is fiction. Even comparing photos of Bryan from 2023 to 2024, he looks one year older. Bryan is a billionaire. It would be better, if he really wanted to reverse the aging process, to throw all of his money into Crispr or some other science which may someday prove useful. Nonetheless, I hope Bryan proves me and every other naysayer wrong. _Long live and prosper._

      The best way to know if Brian johnson is not really aging is when hev reach 70 and still look and energetic as he is now at 47.

    • @davidhunternyc1
      @davidhunternyc1 16 дней назад

      @@AlexLacorum-hf9ie Exactly, and the fact is, since he started along this path, he has aged. He looks older. Bryan's convictions to reverse aging is not based in science. His behavior is rooted in living a healthy lifestyle, which is not the same as reversing aging. Aging is programmed in our DNA. We are programmed to die. It's an awful fact but if Bryan wants to tackle this knowledge he needs to go back to school. There are scientists who study the aging in mice. Bryan needs to get a doctorate degree in biology. Until this happens, everything he says in regards to aging is snake oil.

    BJ is the topmost longevity expert and beautiful podcast... Both look beautiful...
    He should have been pressed more on say Turmeric or Saffron or Black pepper vs Supplements as Aruveda title.. Perhaps he does not know the answer and there is no $$ to be made with Haldi!
    However on the flipside, he has started selling supplements - Snake Oil- Blueprint Olive Oil is $75... No one adds a single day with EVOO or any fancy $75 or $1000 Olive Oil similar to $1000 Wine... NO OIL is the answer to healthy heart and aging..
    Indians go crazy with big names and particularly Videshis without using brain- He should find a big market of rich Indians for supplements!
    I measure tonnes of blood parameters with Zero supplements except B12 as veggie/vegan. 25 (OH)D3 is also redundant inactive and works opposite to 1,25(OH)2D active via Kidney/Liver that matters.... anyway ...
    In any case, Wonderful podcast - Only reason I watch video was BJ and it was a good overall video and he kept it simple to sleep, diet, and exercise which is true. One more important is Always Be Happy come Whatever....
    Wonderful host ( Karishma) and except for pressing him more on some free Indian herbs- Or should have offered him Masala chai with elachi, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves, haldi and some ginger ..Key to longevity...He would turn it into supplement and sell for $1000 but west prefers coffee ....
    Enjoyed watching ..He ended it well ...Anyone can do and keep it simple stupid...Eat well, sleep, and exercise or walk...And I will add be Happy!
