❤❤❤ I so needed this video. My mind is not in a good place right now. Saturday we suffered a tragic loss. My son and his fiancé were to be married in October. She’s been in our family for six years. She just turned 21 on July 3rd. She got sick last week and within four days she passed away. Bacterial meningitis. We are all devastated. Watching your videos has allowed me to “escape” for a little while and it was needed. I love all of these flips and rescues ❤❤❤
I’m new to this channel and I just read you’re comment. I am so very sorry for your loss! I am praying for healing for you and your son, and all your family. ❤️🙏🏼❤️ I also came her to watch something creative to get my mind in a better place. My dog Willy is failing in his health (he is 15 and I have been blessed) but it still hurts so much to know our time together is nearing an end. I think crafting and being creative is a very therapeutic thing. Just working with your hands with anything. Again sending prayers your way, and to anyone who may be suffering in anyway! ❤️😊🙏🏼
You need to look up the book, Pickle Things. Every time you use your milk paint on a piggy, I think of this book. I wore out the first copy reading it to my kids, so my daughter got me another copy to read to my grands. One of the items in the book is a “pickle pig”!
Glue a medallion if some sort on the missing prong. Just a thought. I'm with you in black for cast iron. I also loved the brush strokes on the first 2 butterflies.
The clothespins are perfect for a butterfly's body. Made a big difference when you bent the wings. The larger butterfly is gorgeous, I love it. The cutest green pig ever, crackle is perfect.
That little piggy is just so adorable. Was not so sure about the green color at first but it looks so cute once it was finished and the crackles are just imperfect perfection! 😍
Would it be less obvious with a pouncer to do the butterflies? I love the rust effect, it's neat. I like the teal drips a lot. Love all your crafts today!!
The piggies look great with the In a pickle, but I'd love to see an adorable pink piggy. I was out with my BFF hitting some yard sales, I came across a red, white, and blue pip berries and rusty-crusty star garland for fifty cents, I literally squealed, she just didn't understand, lol, and I thought to myself, Yvonne would!!!
I love how excited you get!! I get the same way! That big butterfly turned out incredible with the different patinas ! I loved everything ! Jeanne 17:53
Love the paint strokes and clothes pins on the butterflies! Beautiful artwork design, in my opinion. The large butterfly is gorgeous! All the makeovers were wonderful. 😊
I’m so excited, I got one of your auction items and can’t wait to get it! I loved the coffee canister but oh those butterflies turned out fantastic, that little piggy was adorable too!👍🌸💖
Oh my goodness those paint techniques made those items turn out amazing! I loved everything! I just purchased my first milk paint and that little pig is such a great inspiration for me, he was so cute! Love your channel, you are so taleted.
My oldest daughter would love that canister. Her bird is ravens. I’ve got to get a raven decal. Lots love was added to these pieces. I’m glad you added the copper to the second butterfly. 😍 😊❤
I just did a pair of butterflies an used this new spray paint. U paint your object black first, then this special spray, turns this real pretty blue/ greenish
I love the raven print out on the jar, such an easy flip. At first I thought oh my a green pig, I was amazed when it was done. I'm going to get me some of the rust inhibitors. Can't wait to try it! Excited!!! You've done it again!! Wow
I would love to have everything you did. This was a real treat! That piggy is adorable. Thank You so much for popping on with all those goodies. Blessings to you and Chris. Hugs Reekah
You truly are a talented woman!! Your ideas are great!! Have a few items laying around and I'm going to try your ideas on them! Where do you get your weather defense?
I have 4 different metal yard ornaments and one is a butterfly... I'm going to make those one of my next protects, but I'll have to use copper paint and patina paint by folk art or distress spray by Tim holtz. I don't have/can't afford the Dixie Belle Patina set... It's like $120 for the whole set!
Hello Yvonne. Thank you so much for sharing your makeovers of these objects. They all turned out so very well! I loved the little green piggy, but my favorite is the black iron planter! Take care. Sincerely, Diane 😊
I am a redhead too, almost 70, box dye doesn't work well, and it cost alot of money to have it done, so i am a brown hair now, but it doesn't change me
WOW on the BUTTERFLIES Loved them before, but so much more NOW🦋😊🦋
Oh my goodness…those butterflies. Love, love, love them. Now I’m on the lookout for metal butterflies. 😆❤

I am sure there is a market for patina in your area but I miss the old black and white days, agree with cast iron being black😊
