I watched your How To Create Digital Art Prints To Sell On Etsy and then this video....wow, you have done a great job, very thorough. Other creator videos, though good, have not been as in depth. Thank you from a beginner.
Great video thank you. Once you finish in Canva do you download the customized copy to your PC, do you upload to Etsy or send direct to customer’s email? Where would you save it on Etsy to send back to customer. Maybe a video with the next stop would be helpful, as well as a video on how a Customer can make the changes themselves from the original ie: an editable PDF copy.
Thanks for the feedback Jo. I'll look into extending this tutorial with an additional video, but to answer your question... Once you have completed the final file, you would then upload it to Etsy and then the file will be sent directly to your customer just like they do with any other digital file.
@@trending994 I am searching for the answer to your question. So far, I am sending the product the customer directly to the customer. Have you found out how to send it via Etsy?
Thank you so much. This s most helpful. Was not to clear how you dowload the file to the customer on etsy. Do you email it and howdo you handle many orders. I really liked your video it was simple to follow and I would appreciate more support. Thanking you.
This is a super helpful video thankyou. When you upload a file in a format what is the difference between SVG and PNG and why have you chosen PNG over the SVG? Thanks in advance!
I've been searching all day for help in this topic. Your video is by far the best at explaining! Thank you so much! I was wondering, can you do pull down options for a made to order listing?
@@AliciaRafieithanks for this. How can I add variations of sizes of digital prints on ETSY? I’m selling Wall art and I want to offer 5 different sizes. I can see how to do it with physical products but not digital done? Thank you
Hello Deb. I downloaded these mockups from a monthly premium photography subscription I'm a member of, Haute Stock. I believe these images were from the "Playtime" collection. Here is my affiliate link to Haute Stock, if you would like to learn more: hautestock.co?ref=aliciarafiei
Hi, brill video thank you. Just wondering which file format is best to save as to sell them a digitals because you mentioned different ones here but pdf print on another video? Thanks X
Glad you liked the video. So, it depends on what type of digital file you’re selling. For printable documents (eg. planner sheets) I offer PDF but for art prints I offer both PDF and JPEG.
@@AliciaRafiei thank you! I'm following your videos to the letter but just come to upload my zipped file onto Etsy and it's saying it is too large. I don't know what I've done wrong. That is with 3 different sizes with a pdf file and jpeg file for each size.. so 6 altoghether x
@@themillsgreeleys Hi Harriet. If the file is still too big, you might have to think about uploading the file to something like Dropbox, Jumpshare or a Google Drive folder. Then you can add the online file link to a PDF document and attach this to your Etsy listing.
So you go back to the actual listing on Etsy and add the digital of MIA in there and then the customer will be notified? sad the end bit wasn't fully shown lol but awesome job explaining rest ty x
They may be videos created before the this update. I used to have to sell custom digital prints using the "physical item" listing too. So happy to have this update.
@@AliciaRafiei hi! figured this out. just wanna post it if someone's looking for it. you should use "digital download" and then put the "made to order" part in where it asks when its made. this will make the orders go into the "new" file until you fulfill sending them a digital file!
Hi Janelle. You can send them a proof if you like, however you would want to consider how much time vs how much you are charging per print. The custom art prints I was selling at AU$9.50 did not include any proofs or drafts... and I never had a customer ask for proofs or complain.
What do I did if the customer has to send a photo because I do art drawings and I want to sell personalized portraits but how will the customer send a photo for me to turn in to a portrait
Hello and thanks for your great video - the crazy thing for me even when I'm choosing "made to order" and follow every step of yours it's still giving me the add files section. And not the blue box telling me how I'll create the order. I've done it 10 times exactly your steps. I'm clicking who made it, i did , what is it?, a finished product, and then 'made to order' and choosing digital file But it's still the same as if it's not made to order with the plus signs and add up to 5 files Crazy ! I'm an Aussie too btw and thanks for your Channel

How would you upload the finished product to Etsy for a customer to download if they've already bought the listing before receiving the design.

How do you send the custom file after sale, as I like to offer different sizes and I can’t attach the zip files recently
love your channel, thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
What do you enter for shipping? Etsy doesn't let me publish until I have a shipping profile.
Thank you so much

as opposed to it marking as "completed"
I already sell custom physical print on my store, is it a good idea to make a separate listing for custom digital print on the same store?
Yes, I would create seperate listings for digital and physical products. Saves the customer getting confused when finding your products on Etsy 😊

How do you get your Template to fit on Etsy? When you upload photos mine is so zoomed in and I tried to adjust and can’t

Hey Alicia can you tell how to upload more than 20 mb file on Etsy?
I would add the files to a dropbox file or goole folder and then share the link to the folder.
Love your videos Alicia. Can we get in touch regarding a partnership for an Etsy tool?
Thank you 😊
just click on the clog wheel symbol under your listing afterwards and choose DEACTIVE, so no need to worry and you can keep it as a template
