Because he's brilliant and effortlessly witty. And his comedic timing is second to none. There are episodes I (an american) go back and re-watch (like gems with Judi Dench, e.g. and the mis-printed menu items with Stanley Tucci) any time I need a pick-me-up and they still make me laugh so hard that I...well, you can imagine.
This man needs to be super glued to the BBC, as when that talk show ends, BBC One has lost a gem in it's schedule, and no one will be able to replace him
@@TimesFM4532 Jack did one guest host for Graham and he also hosted his own talk show with his dad. Jack is probably the successor, but the BBC will never say it, as unlike US talk shows, our talk shows aren't historic programmes which run with different hosts but keep the same name. We don't have that.
Graham is a national treasure and an international treasure. He’s tops in every way and his show is must watch tele at its best. The guests always have such a relaxed good time and even the uptight American celebrities let their hair down. Graham is never intrusive and is the consummate host! He deserves more accolades for sure!
I love this guy and have scoured RUclips to watch all his prior shows. So funny, such a good interviewer. Excited to see that he is starting a new series!!!
Graham gets the best out of his guests week after week.... Matt Damon said it best when he said I've never had this much fun on a talk show!! I'm hoping that somewhere in the near future he gets Jennifer Lawrence back across the pond and onto his show again!!
The reason is say graham is the best talk show host is that genuinly respect all of his guests and love almost all of them and he ask them really good questions and also bringing at least 4 guests make the show very entertaining.
Same, and I’m American. They actually engage in witty and engaging banter. The couch is an equalizer. It could be Tom Cruise on the couch with someone American audiences wouldn’t know, but they all engage with one another.
I discovered Graham Norton during lockdown - what a wonderful treasure trove to dive into! Part of it is the lovely format - but most is Graham's genius of interacting with people. He loves his guests but is no sycophant. The best ever!
He's not just Britain's favorite chat show host, but he's the international favorite chat show host. Outstanding show which is always entertaining and worth looking forward to. BBC is very fortunate to have him and so are we!
I agree and I want to come back to London and see him in person! I lived in London when I was 19 for 4 months in 1990 so of course I started watching him in 1998! It was so fun to me to actually watch This Morning on the tv in my hotel room last year too!
His Irish accent is more prominent here than his show, my first time hearing him outside of the show actually and I love it! he is an incredible host and personality
Love Love Love Graham and thrilled as a Brit living in the US that we get his show over here as he is one of the best talk show hosts ever! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🇬🇧🇺🇸
I must say I'm thoroughly disappointed in BritBox for not offering the Graham Norton Show -- love the quick wit; hilarious and a the same time interesting and educational. Oh please, no Demi Moore, no Will Smith! Hope he's writing "The Smell of Burning Bridges" right now!
We are getting it but a week later which is unfair. Sometimes you get a pirate copy on the Internet maybe a day later but you have to watch it quickly because they will make it disappear because of copy rights. Not necessary everybody who can get the BBC on TV will watch it again.
who is the wolf dilf ? i,m not talking about norton. ps: i was used to this morning pre scofield; since the 'scandalous'... T.M got a bit dull... this is my opinion,,, the world is still a nice place
Is it just me or does anyone else think it looks unprofessional for guests to be interviewed with a mug of tea/coffee in hand? Looks like they should be sitting in a caff, not a TV studio.
Mr. Norton is an international treasure. BEST TALK SHOW HOST EVER.
In the USA…we❤him‼️

Best chat show host by a long shot.
Graham puts other talk show hosts to shame. He is terrific.

Tbf when jack Whitehall did it pretty well

Graham is an absolute icon of the UK. There is no better host ever.
Best talk show host in the world, nobody comes close
Facts. He made their show even better
Love Graham Norton. If I’m feeling down I look up snippets from his previous shows which are guaranteed to cheer me up.
No host today, can come close to Graham.simply the best.i watch clips on loop.never a dull moment.
Graham is such a witty lovely guy. Love the program !!!
We love Graham in the U.S. also.

I like to go back and still watch So Graham Norton! Love his interactions with his audience and putting them on the show!
One of the single best interviewer in the world actually...
There is no one better than Him to do a talk show ever.🎉🎉❤❤❤❤
I agree.
"The smell of burning bridges" is a great title for a book! I cannot wait to read it ha ha 😎
The smell of burning bridges 🤣🤣 I love Graham
Congratulations Graham Norton.
Aww Winter is worth it to have him back ❤
There's no one more rare and lovely than Graham Norton.
I was absolutely delighted to meet Graham in Easons in the Midlands in Ireland he is an absolute delight such a nice man
Graham is just the GOAT of talk shows.
I really really wish they would show it in Germany
You can catch clips on RUclips like I do in the US and sometimes in Brazil.
So different than US chat shows, these interviewers are actually listening to him. So fascinating, just chatting. I like them all.
I can’t bear them. It’s usually about the ego of the host.
Graham is the best.

Not Jennifer Lawrence, there are much more interesting, funny, intelligent people than her to choose from IMO! 🙄🙄
@@marianwoods4240 you watch who you watch and I'll watch who I watch I want Jennifer Lawrence!!
I remember those episodes. Ms. Lawrence was and is hysterical.
Do listen to it back?

American megastar legendary talkhow hosts like Johnny Carson and Jay Leno, Graham just wipes the floor with them.
👍Absolutely!!!!
Totally agree. And I'm in the US! Interesting, informative, funny, and the format can't be beat.

Our fav talk show here in Canada too!!! Love his humour and wit, and the guests always seem to have a great time too!!
I've listened to all of his other books which is so fun because he has such a lyrical voice. He spins a good tale.
Love you, Graham!
Best of the best! Please protect him at all costs, BBC & Britain.
Thank you,

Stop giving "awards" so much importance.

I wouldn't call Graham an interviewer. I'd use Maestro. Love him. ❤
❤Graham is the BEST!Iconic host. ❤love from Finland

Nobody does it better 😊
I watched this interview twice. just for the pleasure to watch how amazing Graham is.
Waiting patiently for Graham (hopefully) having Paul Mescal and Pedro Pascal on as guests as part of the Gladiator II promo 🤞🏼🤞🏼
Grahams show that he speaks of in this interview is THE BEST of his career.
Love Graham

Pure Gold - Wow!
He does have interesting guests at times
Got to see you, Graham. I feel like I know him.❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊

I always have to ask my California library to get me Graham's books and they do some interlibrary loan from abroad.
Love this man.
Come on royal family, give Graham a Knighthood already!!!!
Irish people generally say no to those...
I kept wondering about the location of this beautiful studio, with an amazing scenery!
