Thanks for the video. I have the same bag and Tumi charged me $100 to replace the wheels mainly because the rubber is falling off like yours were and now they’re breaking again. Note they won’t replace the handle because it’s a discontinued model!

Same bag. The rubber came off and the handle is loose. No longer worth the price.

Btw those original bolts are reverse threaded, turn right to take it off. I have the same bag a 8mm id bearing works fine
Edit: looking from rear side of bag while standing the right wheel is reverse threaded and the left wheel is normal threaded. I took the other off that wasnt broken.

search ebay with: 8-Pack Outdoor Rollerblade Inline Hockey Fitness Skate Wheels 64mm + Bearings (make sure the wheel height matches what you need with the number of mm). The bolts and nuts I got at the local hardware store.

@Random Rebuilds great DIY video! I have the same T3 baggage and my telescoping handle is stuck in the 1st position and won't retrack all the way into the bag. I unzipped the inside to expose the frame but can't locate any pins. Any suggestion?

That is false. They offer 5 year warranty only.
