for a small town in wisconsin in the 90's its certainly "racially diverse". I grew up in a small town in Canada in the 90's we had 2 black kids in the entire fucking 1200 person highschool.
I wonder about Laurie? The school year was a big part of the show. A lot can happen summer to summer! I hope the show is humble
Laurie is dead. The actress in real life...
@@Shin-Blade I know it. I was hoping for a nod or tribute
Naw. Some things should be left alone. Let’s not remake shows with remnants of what made it great. It’s just a cash grab for the studio execs and will leave a sour taste from what was a sweet original success.
It's a reboot how to remake dumbass and no they're not the same thing
Hip! HIP! hip! Lol! Hip!
Hopping down the bunny trail, Easter's on its way!
@@nherrer98 oh yeah that and red saying Hip! Over and over again.
I like it
I’m guessing that Danny Masterson (aka Scientologist/Mol_est_er) will NOT be making a guest appearance.
if they don’t have the og cast in it i don’t want it.
Way to ruin a legacy 😒
Yeah hate to spoil the party however I feel they could've done a better job when putting the new cast together. They just don't seem to fit the show maybe it's just me but I watched all 8 Seasons of the original and this new cast of kid's are mostly foreign not to sound bias cause I'm not but i just don't think it's going to be what everyone's expecting. I'd rather they just brought back the original crue and do a take off from there lives now. Eric and Donna Married and just have the daughter on the show and all the others and there new lives would have been way better ! ✌
They carried a full keg up a water tower?
Really? They can put this crappy reboot one on Netflix but not the original? Wtf Netflix
Cool idea but I’m honestly not excited for it and more than likely won’t watch. The cast just doesn’t seem special or worth watching, didn’t catch my eye at all in the trailer. 😕
This is gonna be good. Lol
Honestly think that this might be successful.
Unfortunately, I think this show will suck. Seems ruining popular shows and movies from the past is all the current hollywood hacks can do.
how about the 10's show?
No.
I'm good
This looks terrible
I agree. The new characters are just rehashed versions of the originals. Nothing new.
This like a gen z sequel of the show instead of brining the og cast only but that netflix I prefer more the 80s than this
I'm down
Ace of Spades >> Ace of Base
Tbh i don't see this passing at least 1 or 2 seasons. The kids just don't look like they have good chemistry, why not actually write about these kids being their grand kids instead? Not sure how this will work but this doesn't look promising.
Oh shut the f****** it's a trailer you can't tell that from one f****** trailer where it's barely a f****** full scene you little b****

I don´t have faith in the new young cast...Hope I´m wrong
I can’t wait for this show to be cancelled after the first season cuz this show looks like trash
Nostalgia bait at it's finest.
Netflix diversity casting 👎

that 90s show is bad...the young actors are bad at acting and their not funny at all...
Scale of 1 to 10 how bad will this show be?
I gave them bonus points for making a zoomer hyde character- she is a strong woman of color now The new Eric is also a girl. I hope I answered your question. I almost made it through one episode. laugh track every 5 seconds was wonderful too.
Why are they wearing seventies clothes tho
yeah I grew up in the 90s and I didn't even pick up that this show was supposed to be set in the 90s until I saw the title. The clothing to me does not look 90s. The demographics of the kids isn't a 1995 Wisconsin suburb. They have a Filipino girl who is totally assimilated into American culture dating a white guy and a Chinese guy with American culture totally down to a party, and possibly a lesbian couple. Like yeah... if they're going for realistic 1990s suburb, this isn't it.
I can tell you this I had some ants who were teens in the seventies and by the 90s they were still rocking '70s hairstyles and stuff because they liked how the haircut looked on them it's not strange
Didn't the 80s show bomb terribly
Instaflop
This show seem dumb already
I dont like the new show, i'm surpissed that everybody likes it
the jokes are not funny, the acting feels like acting, in that 70 show it feels natural because it was real most of the time.
acting is reacting, and in the new show they just say there lines without emotions
They made it too close to girl meets world so far from what I've seen
