Cut your meal preps down or start eating more. I usually work Monday through Friday. I meal prep M,T,W, then eat Thursday, prep Friday and Saturday. Meal prep is something you have to play with so you don't have day old food. Just my way of fixing that issue.

You inspired me...haven't used my slow cooker in forever. Made the chicken with some homemade sauce i had left over...cooked up some onions and peppers and 8 hours later felt like someone cooked for me! Made some rice, roasted brussel sprouts and i have lun h fornthe next 3 days! Thanks DLB😊

I just did... had to get breast's. Couldn't get to the store for whole chicken. And right in the middle found that my cantaloupe was very very ready. Had to cut it up. So had a bit of that too. Yum. I'm trying to watch my food. Need to slim down. It's only 12:53 am. My usual cooking time.. had to rest today. Not exercising yet Pain. But was out and about in rain yesterday. You mentioned pepper.. thats what I'm tasting now.. No curry. Or mango. Both great ugh boneless chicken breasts.

Loooove fresh cracked peppercorns ( and much hotter spices 🔥🔥🔥 ). I think they make auto peppermills. Or throw some corns in one of those mini bullet blenders, that would be hella fast 😅 It'll turn into a powder if you go crazy with it...
I think maybe meaturing rice cooked is hard, isnt it constantly changing due to grain, water, heat etc. I used to measure if i do 6 meals in one rice cooker, i measure uncooked first and then cooked to evenly distribute to each meal

Eating something different every day is nice but macros are hard to track.. getting back to basics, chicken rice and veg all day every day

Raw weight is most accurate unless the serving size on the package is according to cooked weight.
Use the your scale! After you wake and bathroom daily! FDA allows labels to be off and I guarantee the label isn’t 100% accurate!
