- On the day Part 1 of Remembrance of the Daleks was broadcast, Jeremy Paxman interviewed Sylvester McCoy and David Saunders about 25 years of Doctor Who on Breakfast Time.
Interesting that Colin was omitted from the line up.
Was just going to comment on that. I wonder why??????
And at the end, they predicted another 25 years and had 6 more actors playing The Doctor......ironic, that is pure wibbly wobbly stuff
And prior to 2005, "wobbly wobbly" and other baby babble hadn't been used before to attract audiences 😂
I met Sylvester McCoy in 2013.
"Some...not so terrifying"
*Shows the Cybermen*
No Colin and no incidentalcor theme music from the then-current composer. Weird.
If theres any other Doctor Ncuti Gatwa is most similar to its him
I seriously wish I had been born in or before 1963 and that way I could seen Dr Who before it went into colour I also hated the age I was in 1988 been only 19 and out of school three years with no proper dcent job with a proper decent wage packet if I had a TARDIS I would go back in time before the 1980s and change the things I did not like doing and do the things I wish and should have done instead
they axed it in 1989
Is it me or does Sylvester like David McCallum
+Gary Bryant they're both Scottish. David played Donald "Ducky" mallard in NCIS
You
Nowadays, Dr Who on the BBC was a load of old tosh, and this is 2018 with too much aggression and visual effects, and should have been scrapped years ago. Just look at those silly Cybermen and Daleks, just how the BBC’s rubbished them through gradually changing them.
yeah, the Cybermen are just stupid now!! walk around like idiots!! they really are very boring too! they just slice up people, make more cybermen and walk about like zombies!!! I have a feeling the new female doctor will be the end of the new series! as soon as they start anti-male jokes and feminist statements! plus highlighting sexuality! that will be it! oh, time and space adventures is a third party thought with the writers these days :)
This is so true.
