It is high time to make a thorough renovation plan for Kuta and Legian. The tourists don't want to be there anymore, so you have closed businesses and many businesses with few customers. There are also many of the same shops with the same old-fashioned souvenirs that they never lose. It would be better to demolish everything and create a nice big street with beautiful complexes with hotels, villas and lots of greenery in between on the right and left. This way, Kuta and Legian could become livable again!
Guys, all the partying are staying in canngu now,, that's the in place to be now. Unfortunately, Kuta and Legian clubs are not trendy anymore. Sad but a fact.
These clubs have not done much with the pickpockets and prostitution issue and I think it's affecting the crime rates of the that section of Legian street. Tourists now aware of this ugly truth, it's viral. These clubs are not safe
Thanks for the video. I have stayed with my wife at Agung Cottages, Sun Island Hotel and the Love Fashion Hotel. I like to listen to bands at the AMV Shooters and Sport Bar.
Now Everyone entering internationally is subject to a health pass check. I’m thinking of cancelling an upcoming trip over it. I don’t want to be subject to a country that applies medical treatments by law without consent.
Why is it closed ? Any reasons ? And what health requirements people are referring to ? Planning a trip soon and obviously staying in Seminyak.. but always good to go kuta as well ...
Tourists are now coming to Thailand as an alternative to Bali. 60 day free visa on arrival with extension for 30 days. Clean and beautiful beaches. Great food and friendly locals.
I think they plan to change Kuta for more culturally oriented area, more for families with children & elderly. It won’t be crazy Bali anymore. Good for the digital nomads to have their own area, but even in Canggu, they will implement (or maybe it’s already in place) time restrictions for parties 🥳 as the locals really complained and I don’t blame them 👍👋
I have been in Thailand for over a Month and its wayyyy better value , Bali has become too expensive, and whats with building Shopping Malls everywhere.
@kurniawan5723 i don't think bali expelling budget tourist, i still find places in Bali that are affordable, but yeah if you want to be in beach club all day, sure it's costy. bali or any place on earth can be cheap and can be expensive, that all depends on your expectations. Bali people are kind and friendly thats what makes bali special. :)
Im going there in February 2025 I hope it's all better and not expensive like many are saying and still safe to travel there or this could be our last time

Bro honestly I love Kuta and Legian, but have had 1 or two bad experiences on that street myself. There are some dodgy people hanging around that area, so why go there risk getting set up, harassed or robbed when you can go Seminyak, Canggu, ulu and even Nusa, gilli islands and have magical time. I visit Bali all the time and stay on that exact street for one or two nights and move on because I know what it’s like. Other tourists will come there whole holiday stay in Kuta have a horrible experience and never come back.
Shop owners jl. Legian,Kuta will harass you to look in there shop if you buy something they will harass you every time they see you. If you go to look at there shop sometimes they will lead you down a lane, sometimes you end up walking up to 100m from where you met them. It can be very uncomfortable especially if you’re not familiar with Kuta. If you are interested in something they will offer you ridiculous price if you don’t buy something they will follow you back to the main street harassing you and sometimes 50m back up jl.legian harassing you saying they will tell the police that you try buy marijuana and magic mushrooms etc. this has been happening for years even since the very first trip to Bali 12 years ago, I’ve been with mates when we were young and dumb fell into this exact situation and tried to be friendly once offered ridiculous price and joke offering ridiculously low price for sunglasses she shop owner pulled a knife out and made a very uncomfortable situation.
I took my partner too a shop across from the one hotel to visit a shop I’d been to on a previous trip and bought clothes from every day and had a pleasant experience. The shop owner then proceeded to offer me crazy prices when I said no and we started to walk away he followed us harassing us getting real close trying to make me buy magic mushrooms even getting shoulder to shoulder and putting in my bag. Then when I took them out he got pissed and got aggressive and threatened to tell the police I was trying to buy marijuana my partner was scared as but I knew what was happening you have to be confident in this situation and it will be fine. Sorry to carry on but I feel is necessary for the ppl to have a chance to save the old Kuta, if this issue isn’t addressed Kuta will die and the businesses will die,
Yes hearing this from every person I know who visits Bali. I have been nearly too many times to count and was shocked at the rise in prices last trip October 23. Accomodation especially when most is run down to say the least
Bali is over crowded, good to see that not everywhere is full.

The plan for Kuta is to be more culturally oriented and also to be more designed for families, which is great 👍
Kuta is not what it used to be ...Great review
Sad to see, l remember how busy this area was for years

Hopefully they will do something because we also need to think about sustainable tourism.
Dod's burger is not so new... There's another one near Bintang supermarket. They make very good burgers!
Padang Padang ombak pumping bos Bali's more than just clubs
Are the clubs going to be closed for good ? Always enjoyed Bali 🙋♀️🙏
Maybe because they cannot manage the cost to open. It is quiet at that area..
Pick Pockets are a problem in Legian. Not safe anymore. Better to go to Seminyak or other area now.
I have been in Thailand for over a Month and its wayyyy better value , Bali has become too expensive, and whats with building Shopping Malls everywhere.
Bali is an island, Thailand is a country, not apple to apple, but anyway both places are so cheap compare to here in belgium. Lol
Because Bali wants quality tourists, we are expelled poor tourists

What time of night was this?
Around 8 pm.
@@baliwithkrisna none of those places would be open at 8 anyway. Go there at 11 or 12 at night
But normally at that time they are starting to open. There is no sign that they will open..😊
How many days have all the bars been shut?
Have been more than a week..😊
