    Greetings!!! What blade are you using to cut the aluminum? Thx!

    • @EverydayPatio
      @EverydayPatio  7 месяцев назад

      Hey Don, either a general purpose blade with relatively fresh teeth, or an aluminum blade works

      Hey Vasques, hope all is well. I think they run around $2000 on home depot depending on the size you pick. Just Google Integra Patio Cover home depot.

    Does the hanging rail have to be perfectly level? My fascia that I am mounting to isn’t real level. I hung the rail level and it doesn’t look straight.

    • @EverydayPatio
      @EverydayPatio  7 месяцев назад +1

      Yea, fascias tend to warp with time from the roof weight. I would chalk a line from end to end and follow that, rather than the fascia. So when you slide the second part of the hanger on, it goes on easier.

    • @joholi
      @joholi 7 месяцев назад +1

      Is it more important to be straight instead of level?

    • @alecjaustin
      @alecjaustin 7 месяцев назад +1

      @@joholi You have visually level, and the true level. Or at least when I'm building that's how I see it. Often true level won't look right, because the house isn't true level anymore after settling. In this case, I usually split the difference between what looks level and true level. I hope that makes sense for your questions. If it's something your still having a hard time with, feel free to send a picture over to our email and I'll see if I can give you some proper suggestions.

    The patio roof is nice how about for stronger wind about 110 mph,???

    • @EverydayPatio
      @EverydayPatio  8 месяцев назад

      Thank you for your comment! 🙌 Yes, this was built in a very high wind area with a similar wind rating.

    Awesome video, thanks for going in detail. What was the height on this one? I have to go 10 feet on the hanger and slope it down from there because my back patio door is 3 feet of the ground and down 4 steps. You think this is still doable and not look wonky with this product?

    Would there be a way to hang lights or ceiling fans from this? Is it sturdy enough?

    • @EverydayPatio
      @EverydayPatio  3 месяца назад

      Normally, you would run metal conduit on the bottom to add lights or fans. It's sturdy enough, you just need to seal the screws and attached to where the panels meet for the strongest connection.

    Is the flashing necessary? I wouldn’t like securing it with screws that are visible from under the cover.

    • @EverydayPatio
      @EverydayPatio  5 месяцев назад

      If you have eaves that should protect the roof mostly. Also, we just used caulking where the screws would go, to not have them show through the roof.

    Do you have another video of a more detailed layout?

    • @EverydayPatio
      @EverydayPatio  Месяц назад

      Hey Mark, how can I help with layout? This one had a curved slab, so I understand it may be a little trickier to than a square area.

    Could this Patio be a support for a pool enclosure?

    The Tec screws for the Patio Cover Fascia are inserted on what side of the fascia?

    • @EverydayPatio
      @EverydayPatio  7 месяцев назад +1

      Hey Joholi, there was a bar that came with the kit to screw the roof panel and side fascia. We didn't use it, and just put a screw on top and bottom at the gutter and at the house. That was probably the trickiest part of the build, I imagine using one of the clips or the bar would add extra support if needed.

    Great video! Am I correct that Heritage and Integra are the same?

      Thank you! Yea, I believe the Heritage is the Florida named version of the Integra. It probably includes some more hardware.

      I would looked into the LRone or Liferoom One, it comes with screens. If you want to add screens, Coolaroo has some good screen options from Home Depot that are very affordable.
