We love the "vegetable ride" as my 27 year old daughter call it! lol Something about the plants and the different environments that you glide through. Just wonderful. This year we are going to take the "behind the seeds" tour. Always wanted to do that.
I was lucky enough to visit Epcot in the mid 80's as a kid back in it's golden era. I still look back in awe and how it had such a lasting impression on me.
I couldn't imagine working in "The Land". You'd have to smell that awesome food the entire time without being able to eat it! I can hardly handle it as it is, just going to Soarin' or Living with the Land.
For whatever reason, The Land is my favourite pavilion in Epcot. I don't even love any of the rides especially, however I do like them all. It's just the feeling I get from the pavilion itself that I love.
There is a home-like feeling to it. It's one of the only buildings at Disney that I can spend 3+ hours in without even trying. The dining area, the rotating restaurant, the theatre, the behind-the-scenes tour, Soarin', and Living With The Land could make for a half-day of entertainment.
I love Disney World, especially The Land Pavilion. It makes me sad to see some things go as new things are introduced, but I am glad to see some of the older details stuck around - like some of the manhole covers with the old Disney logo; the D around the Mickey Mouse head. I get nostalgic, but that's Epcot's concept.
This pavilion isn't particularly amazing but I love walking through it just because of the smell and the general atmosphere. Such a relaxing place to be
It's a lot less educational than it used to be, IMHO...but I still love it most for that exact reason...I always love learning new things about the world. Epcot was always that awesome place to engage in new ideas and information. ;w;
Well, I do know some of the songs in the entire 20-minute long exterior loop for The Land Pavilion (I have no clue why this video doesn't have the entire loop), but in the full version there are three songs that I know the names of. The first one is 'Home on the Range' and the second one is 'By the Time I get to Phoenix' and the first song that plays in this loop is a cover of 'Listen to the Land' which is more or less the main them of this pavilion.
My dad would have loved this pavilion because of all the growing areas there. It would have interested him so much!

This is fantastic! This raises the bar of quality videos on youtube...
Glad they kept the music from the beginning!

One of my favorite places to be in all of WDW. The music reminds me of soundtracks of vintage Disney nature films.

So glad you were happy there!
i love the land. Just thinking of the fragrant aroma of the fresh vegetables from the ride makes me hungry.

Yee McGee you are so wrong in more ways than one.
I love the high-energy horn section between 7:05 and the end.
This was my home for one AMAZING College Program! I will never forget it! WDW CP 2009-10
Can't wait to be here TOMORROW!!
Beautiful! Oh what I'd give to be there now. And for EPCOT to be its old self. Oh well.
Thank God you returned!
Oh my I love this music so much.

I've been looking for the first few minutes of this video as an mp3 for about 4 years. sounds so good!
You can use youtube-mp3(.)org and then trim it in audacity?
Thank god this pavillion is still very much as it was last time I was there. Miss the fountain though :(... But at least its still pretty
This is one of my mom's favorites.
This must be late 80s early 90s. Great music
The good old epcot :'( come back!
Just knowing that the company sponsored the pavilion made Kraft products taste better.
The genre here is most likely considered Country, Jazz, New Age, light rock, Classical, sci fi.
love it
Sounds like Boards Of Canada in the beginning
As it goes on it reminds me of the music from the anime Evangelion
Mom an I went on this ride. She loves the aquaponics.
I miss when there were tour guides on the Living with the land ride....that made it much more fun.
Don't be silly, Epcot and this place obviously are very special to you, as it is to most people watching this video, nothing wrong with that.
Does anyone know the names of the songs on this loop?

Alright, who told GLaDOS to turn on the Smooth Jazz at the Land Pavilion?
VERY 80s!
later, it'd make you wanna eat chocolate!
This will always bring me back to broom and dustpan. hot sweaty pissed off tourists and flirting with the girls from Image
