Kris Levi it's still dangerous to bind with cause it still restricts your breathing and doesn't stretch enough to allow your ribs to expand much. don't talk to me like I'm stupid I've been binding for over two years.
Wrong type. It's safer than restricting all of your ribs and back together like a binder would. Please lersn what he is using before yous tart making assumptions.
hello! im pretty sure you just have to be careful like dont stretch it too much because its supposed to stretch with you so stretching it too far can be bad. then theres the blisters, which can be reduced by taking good care of the skin the tape will be on. finally, taking it off that day isnt the best way to do things either because it's supposed to last for a few days so you dont need to worry about taking it off for a little bit. idk, its just a lot safer than using this kind of tape because its not supposed to compress as much and its made to move around in. ofc, theres also the ribs breaking thing that other people have experienced with ace bandages. not trying to make you mad or tell you what you can or cannot do, but just please be safe about binding and stuff!

I get where you're coming from, but Hannah's got it right. Plus, there's cheap, safe alternatives. Like using the tape shown in the vid instead of wrapping. I also had pretty decent results with layering high-impact sports bras before just eating the cost and getting a gc2b, which I highly recommend if you can do it.
Hansol's Boo there are cheap and safe alternatives. Do not bind with ace bandages, it can permanently mess up your breast tissue and make you ineligible for future top surgery and can also break and fracture your ribs. Far more dangerous.
+The Real Daddy this one is waterproof so I honestly don't think that would make a difference. I've gotten it submerged in water & it stood on completely. For me, it just feels uncomfortable when I take it off. Kinda just like a bandaid lmao except I can't rip it off 😅

I recommend using KT sports tape. It is less irritating and gives much better results!!

What exercises did you do to get your chest smaller? I want to try taping but I need to get my chest to a smaller size first.

Also I work out my chest a LOT so don't be discouraged :) it took me years to get here lol

The Real Daddy use vitamin e oil, coconut oil or something like that to get it off, helps a little bit!
