I love the honesty from Fran! We can’t always be happy, but I hope you are feeling better! I love your side conversations, the honesty, makes me feel like a check in with my friends. Love you guys!
As a Brit, I can confirm that we call cigarettes the f word but we don't say the c word as often as you think. I think it's still sort of seen as a shocking word and the least used curse word...although yes, I can imagine football hooligans using it quite frequently haha. And it's bollocks not bullocks haha
I know y’all don’t have time to listen to the actual podcast, but apparently the news outlets missed the best part of the story with dean’s engagement ring! He totally DID put it in the junk drawer-wrapped in a napkin no less/ classic Dean, and the convo between him & Jared with Ashley on the side is hilarious!
Can confirm they do use see you next tuesday more frequently in England but in Australia they use C**T very loosely and for jokes/with friends etc. (as Ria is explaining)
Ria, you are wrong wrong wrong about Brits using the word c**t, it’s the foulest most insulting word you can call anyone especially a woman . Every time you said it I felt stomach flip. Just a tip for if you come to the u.k Expect to either get knocked out, arrested or thrown out if you call someone a c**t. Love the show except when you you that word. 🇬🇧✌🏻❤️

Fully agreed with Ria and Marty’s drinking. So much extra liquid & delays the goal 😂😂🫣
