    here's a simple and delicious recipe for Little Millet Upma:
    - Ingredients:
    * 1 cup little millet
    * 2 cups water
    * 2 tablespoons cooking oil
    * 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
    * 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    * 1 onion, finely chopped
    * 1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
    * 1 inch ginger, grated
    * 1 carrot, finely chopped
    * 1/2 cup green peas
    * 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
    * Salt to taste
    * Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
    * Freshly grated coconut for garnish (optional)
    - Instructions:
    1 Rinse the Little Millet: Start by rinsing the little millet under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain and set aside.
    2 Cook the Millet: In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the rinsed little millet, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the millet is cooked and water is absorbed. Once done, fluff the millet with a fork and set aside.
    3 Prepare the Seasoning: Heat oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then add cumin seeds and sauté for a few seconds until they release their aroma.
    4 Sauté Aromatics: Add chopped onions, green chilies, and grated ginger to the skillet. Sauté until the onions turn translucent and aromatic.
    5 Add Vegetables: Stir in chopped carrots and green peas. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
    6 Combine with Millet: Add the cooked little millet to the skillet with the vegetables. Mix everything well to combine.
    7 Seasoning: Season the upma with salt to taste. You can also squeeze in the juice of one lemon for a tangy flavor if desired.
    8 Garnish and Serve: Finally, garnish the upma with chopped coriander leaves and freshly grated coconut (if using). Serve hot as a nutritious breakfast or light meal.
