Catch and Cook

I have always wanted to do a catch and cook and although we didn't catch a ton of fish, we managed to get what we needed. I kept the seasoning simple because I wanted to make sure both fish were some what mild. Hands down I would tell you Flounder is one of my top choices but Sheepshead is pretty damn good and can run with the big dawgs.
