marcus gronholm at the 2001 rally new zealand when peugeot gave him the wrong wait time..."Fucking hell! Fucking hell!...... VITTU!!!" and then he apologizes to the camera lmao
When Burns and Reid car tyres were swallowed by volcanic dust in 2002 WRC1 Safari Rally. The duo got upset with Burns crying like my next door neighbour's small baby over here.
Sorry to get technical, but they were meters from the finish line of the final stage. The 'true' finish line of a rally is final time control. It's how Petter Solberg and Phil Mills ended up winning the same rally in 2005 because Sebastian Loeb checked in to final time control late
Missed WRC angry moments I can remember 1. Gigi Galli(who else 😂) having an epic blowout when interviewed at the end of a difficult stage for him as to why he was so slow. "I don't know?!... I don't know?!.... I DON'T KNOW!!!???" 🤣🤣👌 2. Marco Martin telling his co-driver, the late Michael Park, to "F*** off!" after struggling to deal with foggy conditions, driving slowly and being told to "let's push now Marco" repeatedly by Michael. Ok Marco... let's not push then. 🤣
that's regional rally championship, and its not a meme nor real, it's a scandalous plot to ruin Samir Thapar's and his co's career. It's even made into legal action against the mastermind. If you really into motorsport in general you will do small research to see how scandalous the silly video is.
@@dhupee You may be right. But his career being on the line and it being one of their worst moments has absolutely nothing to do with them having become a Meme.
4:56 for those who dont know or remember (fellow finns obyously remembers) there is a video where in the middle of an Finnish interview Tommi is talking about lost title but then he gets a call where he is told carlos had to retire and Tommi had won the title it is this moment and i still find Tommi's reaction funny when he hears the news
I was on the stage at Germany 2006, on which Pons went of the track. When he came past our spot, he still had wine bushes hanging on the rear of the car. I still have a picture of this. 😀
Surprised that McRae at 1995 Rally Catalunya isn't at Number 1. Took his dad and David Richards to bring the temperature down by reminding him of his professional obligations as a contracted driver. Also, McRae being furious with Makinen at Rally Safari (cant recall the year) at being caught in the latter's dust. At stage end, Makinen offered profuse apologies because he wasn't getting messages from his helicopter saying McRae eas behind him.
Grönholm mad and talking rant is a classic. But the best is Armin Schwarz in Cyprus 2005 that he explodes against the co-driver which lost the pace on the roadbook.
6:22 he's just not smart or? From what I understand he want a Marshall on the exit lane, where he could be easy kill but no, he didn't slow down when people told him to slow
I don't understand Pons' first place, he was just shouting pacenotes to help del Barrio get back on the right page and even said "calm down" to him after crashing to the bush
As much as I want to be a rally driver you have to respect that brain power to be a co driver I can’t read out at that speed reliably on time every time whilst being stressed that I’m not driving.
No le podés pedir carisma a los pilotos de ahora cuando les hacen preguntas ridículas todo el tiempo y hasta los multan cuando demuestran sus emociones reales.
@Pointlessusername-zr3jy it's not fake tho, the meme video is just edited with only the anger moments left out but yes it's not WRC, it was at some local indian rally
Seems like with the last years the drivers have for them more reasons to cry. I mean yes you lost your power steering so what? The rallye drivers back in the older days before 2000 had also to drive without power steering... Did they cry about it? No.
Nonsense comment. All the other opponents had power steering, so of course if you're the only one lacking it you would be in a huge disavantage. And yes, Grönholm had every right to be pissed off, given his Peugeot had inumerous reliability problems throughout the season, and this was just another one of them
What a stupid remark. When a driver starts a race, it's not to go for a walk, but to get the most out of his car and if possible win. And to be blocked by a competitor who ruins his race is enough to frustrate anyone. After an intense effort of over 15 minutes and 20 kilometers, trying to find an opening behind a cloud of dust, he has every right to express his feelings.
You really think Loeb f*cking cares about your "sympathy" ? The "little baby" has 9 WRC titles, what did you achieve in your pitiful and meaningless life ?
What other moments can you think of?
That time we blew a tyre 1km into a 30km stage.

Francois Delecour confronting Gilles Panizzi while he ate lunch at San Remo in 2000 was great
I can still remember today seeing Sainz and Moya losing the world title just few meters before the finish line

The Mäkinen and McRae case took place in 2002.
#3 is a classic
I was lucky to watch the #1 incident with Pons live on-site Moselwein stage of the 2006 Rallye Deutschland.
8:31 For the moment I thought the driver must have some sort of family relations with the "hottie" of 80's WRC, Fabrizia Pons
I'm not sure if I'd have balls to ask someone who lose champion title few meters before finish "did you try pushing the car?"...

How Luis Moya isn't #1 for throwing a helmet at his car, I will never know.
Yes he lost his motivation to push the car. Its drivers job, but Carlos didn't want to win either when there were manual work to do.
Honorable mention to Francois Delecour who berated his co-driver in Great Britain 2002 for a late pace note.
