literally same. I saw my first Asu video 4 years ago and now i've got a heavily planted fish tank and a Wabi Kusa 😂 it's honestly the best hobby you could ever get in to! Do it!!
It looks Cotoneaster. Sometimes called rosewood. Japanese name 白紫檀 (Shiro Shitan or White Shitan) means a group of plants, and it’s hard to pinpoint the name in English, or in scientific name, but I read that it’s called Rosewood, too. Or this one after flowers turn white??? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buchozia_japonica
Its called a bonsai and is very expansive and difficult to tanke care of. Especially if the tree is taken out of its natural environment. From Japan to Scandinavia for example where the temperatures are lower.
First time watching your channel. I thought this was very interesting. Would have loved an explanation as to what you were doing, when you were doing it. This turned out very beautiful.
A peaceful video and feel the free and release more stress when enjoying your videos guys. Hope you can make more videos like this . Thank you so much for sharing!
Thank you!! having been a artist who has worked with my share of bonsai for over fifty years, I love seeing imagination and thoughtful ideas put to work here... New deas for any art is vital to forward new ideas and thoughts for the ancient art of Pen-Jing which proceeded Bonsai...THANK YOU!!
Incredibly beautiful creation, congratulations. Just curious though on the variety of small plant used for bonsai..it appears very similar to a lemon thyme .can you share what you used please? Thank you for sharing your work.
Please, would you tell us which kind of tree it is ? (Serrissa ?) Does it need a lot of light ? Isn't there too much water for its roots ? Thanks for that calming video. It's great !
Im a novice gardener but I would have never thought you could uproot a plant, remove all the dirt from it, cut back the roots, and have it be fine. I always baby plants when repotting/transplanting. I figure it certain plants that are more hardy compared to others with this. So much to learn.
I'm a retired Landscape contractor. I've dug and replanted 100's of extremely large trees in central Florida and tens of thousands of plants. Most will be fine if you take a few precautions. The main killer of a plant in that situation is to have an air pocket under the tree that will decay root matter, which puts off a gas that will kill the tree. To remove fine roots and trim them is fine but do not upset the main root where it grows into the soil. That needs to remain "heeled in."
I used to have this kind shape of bonsai, mine was "Serissa japonica", i don't take care of it anymore and just put it in my yard, it become an absolute massive bush
after watching pretty much all your videos I gave my own shot at trying to build one of these. I’ve found a new hobby thanks to you Asu ✌️☕️

I'm obsessed with these videos, they are so calming. My toxic trait is that i think i could be good at these
The only way to know is to try. And the good thing is you get better each time you try
double dog dare you to give it a shot! people are often good at things they really enjoy, you never know.
you also do bro, it will add funds to nature even more and lets save nature and work for better future :D
That's not toxic, that's believing in yourself.

I would love it if you did a small video on all the martials and plants you use! All of your creations are so beautiful.
Anyone know what tree species that is?
I think it looks like a thyme plant (or 4) allowed to go woody and trimmed nicely.

Imagine if he put together a lot of these tiny ecosystem's and built like some sort of a miniature world.
The greatest DnD adventure imaginable.

Would be nice to maybe add some floating plants, and some other aquatic plants. Maybe some epiphytes between the submerged stones
