Biting Off More Than I Can Chew on a Solo Ride!
Heading out solo on his trusty KTM free of gear, Jason ventured towards the salt pan near Laguna San Ignacio with a mix of excitement and anticipation. Although he’d passed by it before, this time was different-he was determined to explore it on his own terms. Even if he was biting off more than he could chew on the salt lake. As he revved the engine and felt the warm wind against his face, the thrill of adventure filled him with anticipation. While he perhaps missed having me by his side (good one, Morris), he relished the chance to indulge in a bit of solo exploration. And who can blame him? Get your “yah yahs” out, Jason! Sometimes, stepping out alone allows us to rediscover ourselves and appreciate the freedom of the self and solitary open road. Yahooo!

I got stuck there in December! The surface is deceiving. One minute you're cruising along, then it turns to mush. I make a rule to NEVER stop on the playa unless you're sure about the surface.

Well done! I was getting anxious when you took off on the dry lake bed. I've done that and it's can be difficult to get back to where you came in. Glad it all worked out. The drone shots were amazing!
