Did you ride plenty or street on these or stick to only dirt? I’ve heard warnings about using mousse for pavement due to heat caused by friction.

Great video. Can you make a part two and discuss tire, oil, maintenance and suspension settings. I understand the suspension magic is invisible and confusing for a public discussion but it is super important for your setup. You are using an enduro designed bike loaded to travel.

I am intrigued by the build. I have contemplated switching to a much lighter-weight bike, and the 500 exc-f fits that bill nicely. I also like the mods you chose, as they would seem to make the bike a much better all around machine. Ill be watching through to see how it pans out.

Hey... Jess here, met Jason and Lisa at the Redmond overland show and entered into a financial contract with Lisa. As a rule Brits have very little humor... and what little they do have is dry, but I enjoyed speaking with them both. Lisa is so personable and bubbly and Jason is the kind of man you would want if you're in a bind... a man's man. (thank god I never heard him say "whoops daisy", that would never do) Be careful you two and don't scratch the bike! If you get out to the coast of Oregon look me up, we'll get fish and chips!!!

Hey! I met you in the parking lot of a grocery in Bend. Nice videos! The Alvord desert is incredible and a magical place for shooting videos. Ask at Alvord hot springs about camping at Pike Creek. All sorts of free camping on lakebed too. Little Cultus Lake has some sweet free spots just before campground, and great swimming. Beyond campground 7 miles or so is another lake & some great free spots there.

Epic adventure! Great meeting you all today!
