Fun fact: estonians were so pissed at the soviet union for the invasion of the baltics that many fled to germany to serve in the SS

Both songs are marches of so called Baltic Legions, the Estonian, and the Latvian Waffen-SS divisions, and both are played to the melody of "Teufelslied" (devil's song), also known as "SS marschiert in Feindesland". The French, Norwegian, Dutch, and others are considered to be ordinary Nazi collaborators, however due to the brutal soviet occupation of the Baltic States, Baltic Legions members are regarded as freedom fighters, also later in war there were forced drafts to this units, as opposed to others, so marches of Estonian and Latvian divisions can still be encountered and are sometimes performed.
