Heads up to anyone who orders a keyboard. THEY ARE NOT BIG ON CONTACT. Email is pretty much useless. (A lot of people say the same thing across the web) You will however get emails on sales and new products.. Online support is just not their thing. I ordered the GravaStar K1 PRO Cyberpunk Dec 21st and all emails went unreturned till Jan16th when I got my shipped status update. It's in Texas or at the very least they are expecting it to be in Texas when I will get my next delivery date. IE it's a 50/50 shot between a label was made or the keyboard actually shipped. (pretty standard with up to the min shipping updates so no big deal) I live in CA so it's going from China to Texas which is a major shipping hub for the US.... Since I ordered it over the holiday I wasn't expecting much in the way of support as A TON of hands will be on this package while there are not enough hands to move all the packages across two nations and a handful of states. From what I have found most people don't get much support from them but they DO get a quality product that was in perfect shape. My expectations are high..
@@lknanml that's very unfortunate! Yeah, I've been seeing a lot of very slow orders from Gravastar-- most of them do get fulfilled, just not in a very timely manner. Hope you get yours soon!
@@KevinEvangelista Got the Cyberpunk version yesterday. 30 days from China which is what I expected. THIS KEYBOARD IS AMAZING. The RGB can be REALLY BRIGHT in a dark setting and for some reason they opted to NOT make the font shine through. I can't see the letters at night and the clear sides ended up being lasers into my eyes. I sit in just the right way so I get the RGB right in the eyes and can't see the keys at all. Just a big black void. It's the keyboards not so hot feature. SOLVED.
Had to order keycaps. It's a shame. I REALLY like the look but it's a form over function misstep in my OP.. To fix it I ordered caps that have shine through fonts on top and frosted sides. It matches the light bars frost look. The RGB lights up the entire key including the fonts on top. No more RGB lasers into your eyes and you can read each key in the dark. I've only replaced the letters and numbers keys as the rest have special functions on them and I never look for those keys. My fingers just go there. I've typed for DECADES and at work I rarely look at the keys but I don't know why but I tend to look about when playing games because reasons............. I've emailed them a few times over this month.. Yea.. Contact is just not their thing... Pretty much asked if they were going to make some keycaps with the only change being frosted sides and fonts on all keys as in my OP it's the only negative.... Only other VERY minor gripe is the volume roller. I should be one.. LOL Don't get me wrong. The 3 button switch that looks like a roller gets the job done but just like all cars keyboards should have dedicated volume knobs or rollers and not touch screens or buttons. If you are on the fence just buy it. Hoping they make a 100% full size version one of these days. Minor issues aside this is one awesome disco floor for your fingers..

Ordered mine k1 special edition and the mouse yesterday from America to Europe (don't have the keyboards out here) . keep reading these kind of comments and have to say.. getting kind of uncanny over here , but then again , other things from America is delivered quite fast within a week or so, so, not sure what to expect over here.. guess time will tell
I almost got one of these, but after I started looking up the stats, it's not really anything special for something like gaming. The response time while fast, is not as fast as most gaming keyboards. Same with the mouse. The click latency isn't any better than say a g502. If you want something with better response for gaming then you'll want to go with steel series magnetic switches. It's cheaper, has more features and way better performance. For mouse, Razer lightspeed is a much better choice while also being cheaper. With this, you're paying for looks. Not functionality. Thats why you can't really find a lot of reviews that either aren't sponsored by Gravastar or by someone who didnt receive the product for free. Not only that, but they say their products are featured in places like forbes which upon research, is not. There is really no reason to get this for anything other than looks.
That's very true! That's why I don't bother testing these non-esports keyboards in competitive gaming/esports scenarios-- they're all running the standard 1000Hz polling rate, they're not equipped with esports-focused switches like magnetic analogs or even Cherry Silvers, and given that they're not running proprietary 2.4GHz wireless protocols, they have relatively high latency speeds compared to keyboards specifically made for esports. These are mostly for casual gamers, typists, modders, and collectors, and my video is made as such-- so I find it confusing that you're looking for esports content here when the video discusses mostly about its aesthetics from title to outro. And yes, you probably won't find much reviews of this focusing on its competitive gaming / esports performance because it's not targeted or made for those market segments, nor does Gravastar make any claims it's for competitive gaming or esports-- it's for casual gaming at most, and that's it. Hope this clears it up!

I get that! It's really unique and weird looking, so inevitably, there are going to be folks that won't like it. Perfectly fine.
