Wow, great focus tips for pull-ups; I need to get training! Over the summer I added 1 extra CF workout a week & made some awesome strength gains. Now that I’ve experienced some progress, I’m craving more! Would love your input on mindset for CF or strength training.
Amazing, thanks for the informations :) how can we target specifically the last part of the pulling, reaching the chin over the bar, or even touching the chest (for strict C2B) ?
Focus on the Iso holds with your chin over the bar paired with negative and or banded pull ups! The combo of these movements will help you target the alt/back strength you are looking for to be able to do this! It takes time, so be patient with it!
I’m considering implementing this in my workouts and doing them prior to CF class. Would your recommend doing any sort of warm up before or can you do this ‘cold’?
Definitely encourage a warm up! I would do 3 Rounds of 30 seconds on any machine or 100m run into 5 Band pass thru + 5 Scam Push Ups + 5 Ring Rows + 10 banded Pull Parts or straight arm lat pull downs with band!

Banded curls have next to no resistance at bottom, so may not help with pull-ups as much as people think
