I bought mine last week! Black like yours, 5 doors with mperformance carbon+alcantara interior....this car is mind blowing!!! just looking to get the rear diffuser 🔝
@@Xarishher An M140i for a first car is crazy! They are extremely powerful and lively, so ideally maybe something more tame as a first car would be preferable! Having said that, if you drive the M140i normally, it’s a perfectly usable car and still respectable on fuel. What do you need your 5K car to do is the question? For me, I would get something cheap to run, practical with a great ride quality to compliment the M140i. I am a sucker for estates, so perhaps I’d choose a Volvo V70 Estate.

@@Ashleycb97 Woahhh! I really love the F Type, I’ve been eyeing up the F Type SVR because they just sound and look wicked! How was your ownership in terms of reliability? The M140i is an excellent car but nothing entirely special. However, the amount you can modify them is off the scale, and when they’re modified, you’re looking at an entirely different car. They lack on the handling department for sure, but with a few subtle modifications you can sort out those problems. The power is plentiful from stock, when mapped they will gap most things on the road, it’s obscene! I would’ve bought one if my partner hadn’t, that’s for sure!
Are you putting the gearbox into sports mode? It is fine switching the drivetrain, but with the ZF auto you also need to knock the stick to the left - that makes it naturally hold the gear longer, making everything more fun :)

That’s quite some car for an 18 year old! They’re amazing cars and a good size for an 18 year old, running costs aren’t bad either! Just be careful, as they’re very powerful and can be sketchy/twitchy at times!

Excellent choice! I highly recommend the Rieger diffuser like this one, it looks OEM and how it should’ve come from factory!

Thank you! This has the Harman/Kardon sound system, I personally thinks it’s brilliant and has great bass which is also adjustable!

My b58 drives way to low in rpm. Im driving 50kmh in 7 gear and 80kmh in 8 gear you know how to solve this?

It’s a very efficient gearbox that’s probably why it sits so low in revs.
