I could help to add the English subtitles but sadly there's no such option :( Edit: the gist is that she's replicating the makeup from this Chinese actress Ju Jingyi (Kiku). The vlogger is mostly chatting in this video and she seems to really like and recommend all the products she's using. I will summarize her points down here: -Eyebrows: The actress has really strong eyebrows so the vlogger made sure to draw statement brows with a mix of brown and black color eyebrow pencils -Eyeshadow: You have to put on an orange/ warm-color matte base before putting on the glitter eyeshadow because the latter doesn't show much color aside from the glitter - Undereye area: add some eyeshadow and glitter too. Apply same eyeshadow to cover a wider area at the outer edge/ end of your eyes (Which people wouldn't normally do) - Eyeliner: Use liquid eyeliner and draw a clean line. Be sure to always draw the line downward and draw it close to the root of your lashes. - Lashes: She likes the type of lashes that have "v" shape, the one in her hands. Cut the fake lashes into a few sections before applying them on the eyes. - Contouring: She tries to reduce the length of her chin and makes her jawline more defined. Put some blush under the nose tip to elevate your nose. Create shadows at the side of your nose and your cupid's bow and under the lips. Also put some highlighter on her nose bridge and chin. -Lipstick: Both lipsticks are Christmas edition with glitter. She uses the Tom Ford lipstick which has a plum tone and creates gradation with her fingers. She tries on the Kiko lipstick afterwards, which is more pigmented than the TF one. Took me some time to find the background music. It's "Fly" by Vietra. What a nice song.
Some of you'll might not understand what she's saying, but most of the time she's just chattering away about the makeup products and how good they look. It's rather cute. You aren't missing out too much on makeup hacks. If she mentions something about her makeup technique, it's about how to make it look more like Ju Jingyi's makeup. Like how Jingyi's nose isn't too narrow so you don't have to contour so much, etc, etc.
