Hi yas! can totally relate. But ever since I exfoliate my lips with 1:1 brown sugar with virgin coconut oil... like i rub it on my lips every night, my lips never looked so amazeballs! i suggest u try :) it might work for u too ..
rub it and then wash it off with water ofcourse.
U can top it with a light lip balm. but this usually does the trick already

You can apply lip balm daily and it will turn out to be smooth
Cause I use to never use lip balm and my lips were chapped as hell
Here’s one lip balm that can be good to use if you want:
•Vaseline pink lip therapy (Walmart)
scrub your lips and put on a balm or oil and that's it

If you have dry lips, use lip balm first then lip filler before use lipstick, there are many lip filler products from ELF, LEMONADE, ... it makes your lips smooth and hides cracks on your lips 😉

제생각이지만 mlbb로 전체깔고 안쪽만 물들이듯이 딥한컬러 발라서 그라데이션 하면 이쁠것 같아요! 저는 반대로 딥한 컬러가 안어울려서 그 방법으로 한답니당

Try moisturizing your lips while doing your makeup and before you do your lipstick just wipe it off lightly with a tissue && make sure your chapstick actually does its job bc some won't do shit tbh
Keep your lips moisturise and avoid chapped lips. Always scrub your lips (diy lip scrub is perfect and cheap!) and moisturise it everyday. If your lips are too dark to make gradient look (like me) put on foundation on your lips. It might look chapped but as I said, if you keep your lips moisturise it will be okay❤️🤘🏻
I put lipbalm on my lips first and then apply the lipstick/tint.
And blend, blend, blend. Either with a brush or your fingers. Blending is your best friend.

MC Kasandeula you know if you get glue and but food coloring you can put it on your lips then let it dry and peel it off and boom it looks like your wearing lipstick but your not!!
