      Well, Anna you kind of did the opposite of what you were supposed to do while meditating.The purpose of meditation is to empty your brain so that you can kickstart your day with fresh positive thoughts.
      Here’s what you should do
      Step 1 close your eyes ( this is mandatory lol)
      Step 2 try to pay attention only towards your breathing(control the tempo of breathing)
      And that’s it. Even 5 minutes are enough (twice a day)

    any advice for increasing flexibility or specific stretches to do? :) I’d like to be able to do the splits eventually and open up my hips

      you could start with hip mobility and then start to practice the splits movement. Theres lots of videos on youtube :)

      i’m not working out at the moment ! hence why it’s an hour :) if i did my regular hour workout i would stretch for 20 mins or so! x
