Hey folks, Mofage has since sent me new versions of their NDS and they are much better, still not perfect but so so so much closer.
Mofage have told me that they didn’t do colour Fidelity testing before sending me the prototype which is on them, but they are planning on addressing this issue before mass production!
Having used it a few times now, I can honestly say this filter adaptor is pretty great!

You guys said that this has the 2nd deepest flange for rear lens protrusions. Which is the deepest with built in VND?

How would you compare this to the breakthrough pl adapter and filters?
@@broncomedia we tried to get a hand on that one for a comparison but they didn’t want to do it!
I know that one has slightly more coverage and compatibility with lenses.
I would also imagine the quality of their nds are nicer but I can’t be sure

That one works good too, although I might replace the V-nd in it with the one from breakthrough photography.

@@v3blaxican yes, it’s a much better vnd and it fits anything that fits the canon and the Meike does.
How does this work with a cage?
Very much depends on the Camera some cages don’t have issues but a lot of them do!

How could you recommend such product, on every STOP there is a different color CAST. Its insane, I used a cheap KF vnd and it was seriously not that bad.
We recomend it from the duo stack perspective! It’s a cool idea, Not so much the FSND perspective!
Although it would still work as a way of getting rid of IR pollution.
An in terms of people who already own the vND that has colour shift also.
Will breakthrough filters fit in this?
