I tried manifesting and it did not work. Or so I thought. Part of it is because of years of inter generational trauma I am struggling to heal from and some toxic thought patterns I inherited from my mum that I am trying to break. I am my own person and I need to accept that and I need to learn to love myself. All of the dreams I once had got killed because my mum usually finds ways to kill it and I let her. I want to dream again
OK I was really just searching “yes to you”& “saying yes to yourself and“, songs on TikTok to add to my TTvid that I am making. I could not figure out part of the effects so I came to RUclips searching for how to videos.
The video is a slightly sensitive topic but the theme is saying no to something that’s hurting me BUT yes to myself.
I saw this in my notifications and clicked it and heard you say “yes to you” and had to comment asap. Now I must turn the sink off lol.

Thank you for doing the video. However I have lots of questions. It seems that it’s always beautiful young healthy people talking about manifestation. I’ve been trying to manifest having a husband and children and being a wife my entire adult life. I’m in my 50s and it’s never happened. Should I give up on this dream?
I try to keep a positive attitude even in difficulty but I just do not manifest many things. I have had some successes but they are too few and far in between.

I've been blessed to manifest everything I ever wanted and wrote. My dream home cars trips my husband and retiring at 32.(now 39) Now just getting clear on what I want next but I don't have that same passion for anything now as I did since I got it all and need to figure out once you get everything then what? I'm content and happy but also know there is more to be done and had and whatever it is I will manifest it too. I have some ideas but it's like more homes more things and places but I want to DO something I can put passion behind. I think I would be great coach and at planning and healing from all kinds of trauma and have started over so many times better each time. I went to so many coaches and programs and got certified but there is so many people in the space and feels unauthentic in many and have that imposter syndrome feeling like why would someone listen to me over million others but know what I have to offer is special and did it and continue to. I know there is room for everyone as everyone brings unique own experiences and way. I'm also chemical biological nuclear radiological specialist and went to PA program after nursing but decided not what I want to do or how I thought and can help people better in other ways. I would like to use my experience and skills in a way that is fun and engaging for me. I feel I can take more risk since financially secure but it's time and energy that is most investment.
