      yes, there is scientific evidence on writing down your goals with pen and paper. In a study conducted by Dr. Gail Matthews at Dominican University, participants who wrote down their goals were 42% more likely to achieve them than those who didn't write them down. That's a significant difference! By writing down your goals, you engage your brain in a different way than just thinking about them. Hope this helps
