Donut-style muffins, delicious, baked, not very sweet,

Delicious, delicate and soft, and not as greasy as traditional ones, so a little less guilt - Hihi :)
This idea is definitely worth trying.
The filling can be whatever you like - marmalade, jam, Nutella, cooked pudding.
Be sure to try it!!
Ingredients: (for approx. 16 pieces):
On the cake:
400g of wheat flour + 4 tablespoons of flour for the dough
50 g of fresh yeast
50 g of sugar + 1 teaspoon
½ cup of milk,
150g butter,
½ teaspoon of salt,
1 egg,
2 yolks,
Additionally:
1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon of milk to brush the donuts,
Filling:
e.g. marmalade, jam, plum jam, Nutella, chocolate, cooked pudding,
